Claims (3)
- 폴리올레핀 미다공막의 제조방법에 있어서, 믹싱파트를 3∼4개 포함하며 원료투입구로 부터의 첫 번째 믹싱파트가 전체 스크류 길이의 1/3∼1/2.5의 위치에 존재하는 스크류를 갖는 압출기에 미용융 상태의 폴리올레핀을 공급한 다음, 이 압출기의 중간에 용매를 공급하여 제조된 폴리올레핀 용액을 압출 및 냉각하여 시트로 성형한 다음, 이 시트를 가열 연신한 후 잔존하는 용매를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미다공막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 미용융 상태의 폴리올레핀은 분자량이 8×105 이상인 폴리올레핀을 10중량% 이상 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 용액은 폴리올레핀 15∼70중량%와 용매 85∼30중량%로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
