Claims (12)
- (I)질산, 인산 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 산을 이용한 암모니아의 간접 중화를 통해, 질산 암모늄, 인산 암모늄, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 비료를 제조함과 더불어, (II)황 원소, SO2, 황산 및 황산염으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 황 화합물을 제조하는 제조 방법으로서,(a)황-함유 탄화수소의 연소로부터 발생되며 황 산화물보다 더욱 높은 농도의 이산화탄소를 함유하는 황 산화물-함유 가스를 암모니아 및 수성 액(aqueous liquor)과 접촉시켜서, 황 산화물 함유 생성물을 선택적으로 형성하고 상기 가스의 SO2 함량을 감소시키는 단계와;(b) 상기 단계 (a)로부터 얻어지는 황 산화물 함유 생성물을 질산, 인산, 이들의 혼합물 및 이들의 반응에 의해 형성되는 염으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 시약(reagent)과 반응시켜서 비료 및 황 화합물을 형성하는 단계와;(c)상기 황 화합물중 최소한 일부분을 상기 비료로부터 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (a)에서 형성되는 황 산화물 함유 생성물은 단계 (b)에서 반응하기 전에 산화되는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 시약 염은 질산칼슘 및 산성화된 인산칼슘으로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 질산 칼슘은 산성화제로 질산을 사용하여 인산을 생성하는데 있어서의 생성물인 방법.
