Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 제1절연기판 상에 형성되어 있는 게이트라인과; 화소전극과 스토리지 커패시터를 포함하고 기판 상에 매트릭스 형태로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 게이트라인에 평행한 기준변과, 상기 기준변과 45도의 경사각을 이루며 상호 평행하게 연장된 한 쌍의 측변을 포함하는 화소영역과; 상기 측변을 따라 연장된 데이터라인을 포함하는 액정표시장치에 있어서,공통전극을 포함하며 상기 제1절연기판에 대향하는 대향기판과;상기 화소전극과 상기 공통전극 사이에 위치하며 수직배향된 액정층을 포함하며,상기 한 쌍의 측변은 45도보다 큰 경사각을 가지는 상호대응하는 단축구간을 가지며, 상기 스토리지 커패시터는 상기 단축구간 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스토리지 커패시터는 상기 게이트라인에 인접하는 부분에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 측변은 상기 경사각이 반전되는 절곡부를 가지며, 상기 단축구간은 상기 절곡부의 영역에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단축구간은 상기 기준변에 대해 직교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1절연기판 상에 형성되어 있는 게이트라인과; 화소전극과 스토리지 커패시터를 포함하고 기판 상에 매트릭스 형태로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 게이트라인에 평행한 기준변과, 상기 기준변과 45도의 경사각을 이루며 상호 평행하게 연장된 한 쌍의 측변을 포함하는 화소영역과; 상기 측변을 따라 연장된 데이터라인과; 상기 데이터라인과 연결되어 있는 소스전극 및 상기 소스전극과 대향하고 있는 드레인 전극 상부에 형성되어 있는 제1보호막을 포함하는 액정표시장치에 있어서,공통전극을 포함하며 상기 제1절연기판과 대향하는 대향기판과;상기 화소전극과 상기 공통전극 사이에 위치하며 수직배향된 액정층을 포함하며,상기 한 쌍의 측변은 상기 45도보다 큰 경사각을 가지는 상호대응하는 단축구간을 가지며, 상기 스토리지 커패시터는 상기 단축구간 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1보호막은 유기 절연 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 스토리지 커패시터는 상기 게이트라인에 인접하는 부분에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 측변은 상기 경사각이 반전되는 절곡부를 가지며, 상기 단축구간은 상기 절곡부의 영역에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단축구간은 상기 기준변에 대해 직교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1절연기판 상에 형성되어 있는 게이트라인과; 투명한 도전물질로 이루어진 화소전극과 스토리지 커패시터를 포함하고 기판 상에 매트릭스 형태로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 게이트라인에 평행한 기준변과, 상기 기준변에 소정의 경사각을 두고 상호 평행하게 연장된 한 쌍의 측변을 포함하는 화소영역과; 상기 측변을 따라 연장되고 상기 게이트라인과 절연되어 교차하는 데이터라인과; 상기 게이트라인, 상기 데이터라인 및 상기 화소전극과 연결되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터와; 제1절연기판과 대향하는 제2절연기판 상에 형성되어 있고 슬릿을 포함하는 공통전극과; 상기 제1절연기판과 상기 제2절연기판 사이에 주입되는 액정층을 포함하는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 측변은 상기 경사각보다 큰 경사각을 가지는 상호대응하는 단축구간을 가지며, 상기 스토리지 커패시터는 상기 단축구간 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 스토리지 커패시터는 상기 게이트라인에 인접하는 부분에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 측변은 상기 경사각이 반전되는 절곡부를 가지며, 상기 단축구간은 상기 절곡부의 영역에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단축구간은 상기 기준변에 대해 직교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
