Claims (6)
- 석영 유리로 이루어진 방전용기에 한 쌍의 텅스텐 전극이 대향 배치되어 있고, 이 방전용기에 0.16㎎/㎣ 이상의 수은, 희소 가스, 할로겐이 봉입되고, 그 관벽 부하는 0.8W/㎟ 이상인 고압 수은 램프에 있어서,상기 할로겐의 봉입량을 2×10-4∼7×10-3μ㏖/㎣의 범위로 한 것을 특징으로하는 고압 수은 램프.
- 석영 유리로 이루어진 방전용기에 한 쌍의 텅스텐 전극이 대향 배치되어 있고, 이 방전용기에 0.16㎎/㎣ 이상의 수은, 희소 가스, 할로겐이 봉입되고, 그 관벽 부하는 0.8W/㎟ 이상인 고압 수은 램프에 있어서,상기 할로겐은 탄소를 포함하지 않은 화합물로 봉입된 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 수은 램프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 방전용기의 내표면으로부터 깊이 0.2㎜ 범위의 평균 OH기 농도가 20wtppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 수은 램프.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 할로겐은 할로겐화 수은으로 봉입된 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 수은 램프.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 할로겐화 수은을 램프의 구성부재의 일부에 부착시켜 방전용기 내에 도입한 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 수은 램프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 희소 가스는 5KPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 수은 램프.
