Claims (1)
- 호밀의 증류폐액에서 고형 성분을 제거하고, 물 및 다른 휘발성 물질을 증발시켜서 비휘발성 성분을 농축시키고, 이어서 상기로부터 생성된 호밀의 묽은 증류폐액의 농축액을 오토클레이빙시킴으로써 전처리된 호밀의 묽은 증류폐액을 크실라나제 유도 물질인 동시에 탄소 공급원으로서 배양에 사용함을 포함하는,크실라나제를 생성하는 미생물인 트리코더마(Trichoderma) 속을 영양 배지에서 배양하므로써 크실라나제가 풍부한 효소 복합체를 제조하는 방법.
