Description
Claims (5)
- 하나의 칩에 평면광파회로(Planar Lightwave Circuit: PLC)의 구조를 갖도록 소정 간격 이격 배치되며, 각각 하나의 입력 광도파로와 N 개의 출력 광도파로를 구비하여 상기 입력 광도파로를 통해 입사된 광신호를 N개의 광신호로 분할하여 상기 출력 광도파로를 통해 출력하는 복수의 광 분할기와;상기 복수의 광 분할기의 입력 광도파로 측에 결합된 입력 광섬유 어레이와;상기 복수의 광 분할기의 출력 광도파로 측에 결합된 출력 광섬유 어레이와;상기 복수의 광 분할기와 상기 입력 및 출력 광섬유 어레이의 정렬을 위해 일측에 제1 및 제4 광도파로를 구비하고, 타측에 제2 및 제3 광도파로를 구비하며, 상기 제1 광도파로에 입사된 광을 상기 제2 및 제 3 광도파로로 분할하여 전파하고, 상기 제2 광도파로에 입사된 광을 상기 제1 및 제4 광도파로로 분할하여 전파하는 정렬 도파로를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광파워 분할기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이격 배치되는 복수의 광 분할기의 광도파로 사이의 간격은적어도 127㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파워 분할기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이격 배치되는 복수의 광 분할기의 광도파로 사이의 간격은입력 광도파로의 간격이 250㎛, 출력 광도파로의 간격이 127㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파워 분할기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 N은 2 이상의 자연수인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파워 분할기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 광 분할기는 각각1x2 타입의 광 분할기임을 특징으로 하는 광파워 분할기.
