Claims (16)
- 각각 척주의 척추골에 고정되도록 디자인된 2개의 긴 고정부재(6) 및 고정부재를 함께 연결하도록 디자인된 긴 고정링크엘리먼트(14)를 구비하고, 각 고정부재(6)가 고정부재의 세로방향(9)에 수직이고 고정링크엘리먼트(14)의 세로방향에 수직인 제 1 축(18)을 중심으로 고정링크엘리먼트(14)에 대하여 회전할 수 있는 언로크 형태 및 각 고정부재(6)가 고정링크엘리먼트(14)에 단단하게 고정되는 로크 형태를 갖도록 설계된 척주 골봉합 시스템용으로서, 2개의 각각의 고정부재(6)에 제거가능하게 고정되도록 디자인된 2개의 암(8) 및 각각의 암 부분(26, 36)을 함께 연결하도록 디자인된 긴 암 링크 엘리먼트(31)를 구비하는 위치결정기기에 있어서, 상기 암 링크 엘리먼트(31)는 암 부분을 연결하도록 디자인되고, 암 부분(26, 36)이 상호 분리되는 최대 상태를 한정하며, 암 부분 중 한 부분(36)과 맞물리게 디자인된 치형상부(34)를 갖는 하나 이상의 랙(32)을 구비하고, 상기 랙은 회전력에 따라 다른 암 부분(26)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 시스템용 위치결정기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 암 링크 엘리먼트(31)는 극값이 제한된 경우, 한 주행 방향으로만 암 부분(26, 36)의 상대 변위가 일어나도록 디자인되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 시스템용 위치결정기기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 암 링크 엘리먼트(31)는 극값이 제한된 경우, 각 암(8)이 제 1 축(18)에 평행하는 제 2 축(30)을 중심으로 암 링크 엘리먼트(31)에 대하여 회전할 수 있도록 디자인돠는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 시스템용 위치결정기기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 극값이 최대값인 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 시스템용 위치결정기기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 각각의 랙(32)은 암 부분(26, 36)이 랙(32)으로 연결될 때에 치형상부(34)가 고정부재(6)를 향해 연장되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 시스템용 위치결정기기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 각각의 랙(32)은 고정되는 암(8)에 대하여 관련된 제 2 축(30) 방향으로 슬라이드할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 시스템용 위치결정기기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 각각의 랙(32)과 맞물리도록 디자인된 암 부분(36)은 각각의 랙에 대하여 랙과 맞물리도록 디자인된 존(41)을 가지며, 랙 폭을 초과하는 폭(ℓ)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 시스템용 위치결정기기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 각각의 랙(32)을 갖는 암(8)은 랙 또는 랙들을 치형상부(34)와 다른 암 부분(36)의 맞물림 상태에 상응하는 위치로 복귀시키기 위한 수단(40)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 시스템용 위치결정기기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 암 링크 엘리먼트(31)는 한 동일한 방향으로 뻗어있는 치형상부(34)를 갖고 이들이 맞물리는 암의 각 측부상에 연장되도록 디자인된 서로 동일 평면상에, 서로 평행하게 단단하게 고정되는 2개의 랙(32)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 시스템용 위치결정기기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 각 암(8)은 고정부재의 세로축(9)을 중심으로 관련된 고정부재(6)에 대하여 회전할 수 있도록 디자인되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 시스템용 위치결정기기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 암(8)은 암이 고정부재에 고정되는 동안에 각 고정부재(6)에 제공된 위치로킹수단을 작동시키기 위한 개수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 시스템용 위치결정기기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 암(8)은 암이 암 링크 엘리먼트(31)에 의해 연결될 때에 다른 암과 대향하게 위치되도록 디자인된 평면상 외면을 가지며, 이 외면은 고정부재의 반대 단부에 있는 암의 자유단(22)에 인접하고, 암이 상기 자유단(22)을 향해 테이퍼하는 폭을 갖도록 암의 세로축(9)에 대하여 경사를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 시스템용 위치결정기기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 한 링크 엘리먼트에 의해 연결되는 암(8) 또는 고정부재(6)의 각각의 부분(12)을 가까이 접근시키거나 멀어지도록 이동시키기 위한 핸들 공구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 시스템용 위치결정기기.
- 각각 척주의 척추골에 고정되도록 디자인된 2개의 긴 고정부재(6) 및 고정부재를 함께 연결하도록 디자인된 긴 고정 링크 엘리먼트(14)를 구비하고, 각 고정부재(6)가 고정부재의 세로방향(9)에 수직이고 고정 링크 엘리먼트(14)의 세로방향에 수직인 제 1 축(18)을 중심으로 고정 링크 엘리먼트(14)에 대하여 회전할 수 있는 언로크 형태 및 각각의 고정부재(6)가 고정 링크 엘리먼트(14)에 단단하게 고정되는 로크 형태를 갖도록 설계된 척주 골봉합 시스템, 및 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 기기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 세트.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 고정 링크 엘리먼트(14)는 언로크 형태에서, 각 고정부재(6)가 고정 링크 엘리먼트(14)를 따라 슬라이드할 수 있도록 디자인되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 세트.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 고정 링크 엘리먼트(14)는 로드를 구비하고, 각 암(8)은 로드 통로용 컷아웃(24)을 하나 이상 가지며, 컷아웃의 폭은 로드 직경을 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척주 골봉합 세트.
