Claims (10)
- 액정 디스플레이에 있어서의 백라이트 유닛 또는 반사판과 액정셀 사이에 배치하기 위한 광학시트로서,광투과성 수지층; 및상기 광투과성 수지층 중에 단입자층의 상태로 매몰된 투명 미립자로 이루어지는 미립자층을 포함하며,상기 광투과성 수지층은 2 개의 투명 수지층으로 이루어지고, 상기 투명 수지층의 경계면에 상기 미립자층이 형성되어 있으며,상기 2 개의 광투과성 수지층의 적어도 하나의 투명 수지층의 굴절율과 상기 투명 미립자의 굴절율이 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광투과성 수지층의 일면 또는 양면에 기체 (基體) 가 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 기체는 투광성 기체인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 기체는 이형지(離型紙) 또는 이형 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시트.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 수지층의 적어도 일방은 점착제로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시트.
- 기체 위에 적어도 일시적으로 점착성을 갖는 제 1 투명 수지층을 형성하는 공정;상기 제 1 투명 수지층 위에 투명 미립자를 단입자층의 상태로 전면 (全面) 에 깔고, 가압매체에 의해 투명 미립자에 타격을 가하여 투명 미립자를 매몰하여 미립자층을 형성하는 공정; 및상기 미립자층 위에 제 2 투명 수지층을 적층하는 공정을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이에 있어서의 백라이트 유닛 또는 반사판과 액정셀 사이에 배치하기 위한 광학 시트의 제조방법.
