Claims (9)
- 유기옥시염화합물을 촉매로 해서, 극성 불포화 화합물을 (공)중합시켜서 폴리머를 제조할 때에, 동일 분자내에 적어도 알콜성 수산기와 카르보닐기를 겸비한 하이드록시카르보닐화합물의 존재하에, 중합시킴으로써 얻어지는 (코)폴리머(A)와 해당 (코)폴리머를 경화시킬 수 있는 경화제 조성물 성분(B)를 함유하는 열경화성 분체도료조성물에 있어서,상기 (코)폴리머(A)가, 에폭시기를 함유하는 폴리머이고,상기 경화제 조성물 성분(B)가,(b-1) 다가카르복시산 및(b-2) 다가카르복시산무수물중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽 모두를 함유해서 이루어진 경화제 조성물 성분이고,상기 극성 불포화화합물이, 카르보닐기, 시아노기 및 피리딜기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 극성 작용기와 불포화기를 동일 분자내에 겸비한 화합물이고, 또, 상기 작용기와 상기 불포화기가 직접적 혹은 간접적으로 공액계를 형성하고 있는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 분체도료조성물.

- 유기옥시염화합물을 촉매로 해서, 극성 불포화 화합물을 (공)중합시켜서 폴리머를 제조할 때에, 동일 분자내에 적어도 알콜성 수산기와 카르보닐기를 겸비한 하이드록시카르보닐화합물의 존재하에, 중합시킴으로써 얻어지는 (코)폴리머(A)와 해당 (코)폴리머를 경화시킬 수 있는 경화제 조성물 성분(B)를 함유하는 열경화성 분체도료조성물에 있어서,상기 (코)폴리머(A)가, 에폭시기를 함유하는 폴리머이고,상기 경화제 조성물 성분(B)가,(b-1) 다가카르복시산 및(b-2) 다가카르복시산무수물중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽 모두를 함유해서 이루어진 경화제 조성물 성분이고,상기 극성 불포화화합물이, (메타)아크릴산 에스테르류, (메타)아크릴로니트릴류, (메타)아크릴아미드류, 비닐피리딘류, N-치환말레이드류, 비닐케톤류 또는 스티렌유도체류인 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 분체도료조성물.
- 유기옥시염화합물을 촉매로 해서, 극성 불포화 화합물을 (공)중합시켜서 폴리머를 제조할 때에, 동일 분자내에 적어도 알콜성 수산기와 카르보닐기를 겸비한 하이드록시카르보닐화합물의 존재하에, 중합시킴으로써 얻어지는 (코)폴리머(A)와 해당 (코)폴리머를 경화시킬 수 있는 경화제 조성물 성분(B)를 함유하는 열경화성 분체도료조성물에 있어서,상기 (코)폴리머(A)가, 에폭시기를 함유하는 폴리머이고,상기 경화제 조성물 성분(B)가,(b-1) 다가카르복시산 및(b-2) 다가카르복시산무수물중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽 모두를 함유해서 이루어진 경화제 조성물 성분이고,상기 극성 불포화화합물이, 1가의 알콜류와 아크릴산 혹은 메타크릴산과의 모노에스테르류, 1말단이 에테르결합으로 보호된 2가의 알콜류와 아크릴산 혹은 메타크릴산과의 모노에스테르류, 2가이상의 다가알콜류의 모든 하이드록시기와 아크릴산 혹은 메타크릴산과의 에스테르화에 의해 형성된 다가 에스테르류, 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, N,N-2치환의 모노(메타)아크릴아미드류, 비닐 혹은 이소프로페닐기로 치환된 피리딘류, N-방향족 치환말레이미드류 또는 비닐케톤류인 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 분체도료조성물.
- 제 1항, 제 4항 및 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하이드록시카르보닐화합물이 α-하이드록시카르보닐화합물이고,상기 유기옥시염화합물을 형성하는 카티온이, 알칼리금속카티온, 알칼리토금속카티온, 4급 암모늄카티온, 3급 술포늄카티온, 4급 포스포늄카티온, 포스포라닐리덴암모늄카티온 또는 포스포라닐리덴아미노포스포늄카티온이고,상기 유기옥시염화합물을 형성하는 아니온이, 1가의 알콜로부터 유도되는 유기옥시아니온, 다가의 알콜로부터 유도되는 유기옥시아니온, 1가 카르복시산에스테르로부터 유도되는 유기옥시아니온, 다가의 카르복시산에스테르로부터 유도되는 유기옥시아니온 또는 케토카르복시산에스테르로부터 유도되는 유기옥시아니온인 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 분체도료조성물.
- 제 1항, 제 4항 및 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (코)폴리머(A)가, 10 내지 100℃의 유리전이온도를 지닌 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 분체도료조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 , 제 4항 및 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 분체도료조성물이 자동차의 탑코팅용으로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 분체도료조성물.
