Description
Claims (17)
- 액상 검체를 받아들이는 검체 패드를 포함하는 제1 패드;상기 제1 패드와 소정 거리 이격되어 있으며, 상기 액상 검체가 이송되는 제2 패드;상기 제1 및 제2 패드의 상부를 덮는 상부 케이스;상기 제1 및 제2 패드의 하부를 덮는 하부 케이스; 및상기 상부 케이스에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 제1 패드와 제2 패드 사이에 위치하여, 상기 액상 검체가 이동하는 통로를 형성하는 연결부를 포함하는 면역분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결부는 상기 상부 케이스에 형성된 액체 불투과성 돌출부이며, 상기 돌출부는 상기 하부 케이스 및 상부 케이스의 사이에 액상 검체가 이동하는 모세관통로를 형성하는 것인 면역분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 케이스에는 제1 및 제2 패드를 지지하기 위한 판상의 패드 지지부가 형성되어 있는 것인 면역분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결부는 상기 제1 및 제2 패드의 말단을 눌러 고정하는 어깨부가 형성된 돌출부인 것인 면역분석장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부에는 다수의 원형 미세돌기가 형성되어 있는 것인 면역분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결부는 소수성 또는 친수성 물질로 처리되어 있는 것인 면역분석장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 또는 친수성 물질로 연결부를 처리하는 과정은 소수성 또는 친수성 라텍스 입자 또는 화합물로 상기 연결부를 코팅하거나, 플라즈마를 이용하여 소수성 또는 친수성기를 상기 연결부에 결합시키는 것인 면역분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 패드는 검체 패드이고, 상기 제2 패드는 서로 중첩되어 연결된 다공성 멤브레인 패드와 흡습 패드를 포함하는 것인 면역분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 패드는 각각 별개의 플라스틱 지지체 상부에 형성되어 있는 것인 면역분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 패드는 제1 플라스틱 지지체 상부에 소정 거리 이격되어 형성되어 있는 검체 패드와 접합체 패드를 포함하며, 상기 제2 패드는 제2 플라스틱 지지체 상부에 형성되어 있는 다공성 멤브레인 패드와 흡습 패드를 포함하는 것인 면역분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 패드를 덮는 상부 및 하부 케이스 부분에 대하여, 상기 제2 패드를 덮는 상부 및 하부 케이스 부분은 소정의 각도로 경사져 있는 것인 면역분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 패드는 상기 연결부를 중심으로 소정의 각도로 이격되어 있는 것인 면역분석장치.
- 스트립형 플라스틱 지지체;각각 소정 거리 이격되어 상기 플라스틱 지지체의 상부에 위치하는 2 이상의 면역분석용 패드;상기 2 이상의 면역분석용 패드의 상부를 덮는 상부 케이스;상기 플라스틱 지지체의 하부를 덮는 하부 케이스; 및상기 상부 케이스에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 소정 거리 이격된 각각의 패드 사이에 위치하여, 상기 액상 검체가 이동하는 통로를 형성하는 연결부를 포함하는 면역분석장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 2 이상의 면역분석용 패드는 검체 패드, 접합체 패드 및 검출부가 형성된 다공성 멤브레인 패드를 포함하는 것인 면역분석장치.
- 검체 패드에 액상 검체를 주입하는 단계;상기 검체 패드를 덮는 상부 케이스에 형성된 돌출부에 의하여 상기 상부 케이스 및 하부 케이스 사이에 형성되는, 모세관 통로를 통하여, 상기 액상 검체를 이동시키는 단계; 및상기 모세관 통로를 통과한 액상 검체를 항원-항체 반응으로 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 면역분석방법.
- 제1항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 하부 케이스에도 상기 소정 거리 이격된 패드들 사이에 위치하여, 상기 액상 검체가 이동하는 통로를 형성하는 연결부가 더욱 형성되어 있는 것인 면역분석장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 하부 케이스에도, 상기 상부 케이스 및 하부 케이스 사이에 모세관 통로를 형성하는 돌출부가 더욱 형성되어 있는 것인 면역분석방법.
