Claims (19)
- 실리카함유의 고상을 액체에 접촉 가능한 상태로 내장한 핵산 회수기구 또는 상기 기구를 구비하는 핵산 자동회수장치에 있어서,고상이 다수의 통수부를 가지고, 그 통수부에 있어서의 고상과 고상과의 평균간격이 25㎛ 이하(단, 0은 아니다)인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수기구 또는 핵산 자동회수장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,평균간격이 13㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수기구 또는 핵산 자동회수장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,고상이 섬유상물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수기구 또는 핵산 자동회수장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,고상이 석영울인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수기구 또는 핵산 자동회수장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,석영울 사이의 평균간격이 13㎛ 내지 21㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수기구 또는 핵산 자동회수기구.
- 제 4항에 있어서,석영울의 직경이 6㎛ 내지 12㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수기구 또는 핵산 자동회수기구.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 섬유상물의 거리를 유지하기 위하여, 유체유통 가능한 저지부재로, 고상을 끼운 형상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수기구 또는 핵산 자동회수기구.
- 제 7항에 있어서,저지부재의 재질이 석영입자를 소결한 것임을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수기구 또는 핵산 자동회수기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서,핵산 회수기구가 핵산 포착 칩인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수기구 또는 핵산 자동회수기구.
- 압력변화에 의하여 흡인과 토출이 가능한 장치에 접속된 핵산 포착용 칩으로서, 상기 핵산 포착 칩은 실리카함유의 고상을 액상에 접촉 가능한 상태로 내장되고, 상기 고상이 통수부를 가지고, 그 통수부에 있어서의 고상과 고상과의 평균간격이 25㎛ 이하인 핵산 포착용 칩을 사용하는 핵산 회수방법에 있어서,핵산을 함유하는 샘플로부터 핵산을 유리하기 위한 제 1 시약을 샘플과 혼합하여 핵산의 유리를 촉진하는 제 1 공정과,유리된 핵산을 함유하는 액과 제 2 시약을 혼합한 후, 혼합액을 압력변화에 의하여 핵산 포착 칩 내로 흡인하여, 고상과 혼합액을 접촉시켜 토출하는 제 2a 공정과,고상을 세정하기 위하여 제 2 시약을 압력변화에 의하여 핵산 포착 칩 내로 흡인하여, 고상과 제 2 시약을 접촉시킨 후, 토출하는 제 2b 공정과,고상 및 핵산 포착 칩 내에 잔존하는 제 1 시약 및/또는 제 2 시약을 제거하기위하여 제 3 시약을 압력변화에 의하여 핵산 포착 칩 내로 흡인하여, 고상과 제 3 시약을 접촉시킨 후, 토출하는 제 3a 공정과,핵산 포착 칩 내에서 제 3 시약의 제거를 촉진하기 위하여 핵산 포착 칩 내에 통기를 행하는 제 3b 공정과,잔존하는 제 3 시약을 세정하기 위하여 제 4 시약을 압력변화에 의하여 핵산 포착 칩 내로 흡인하여, 고상과 제 4 시약을 접촉시킨 후, 토출하는 제 4 공정과,고상으로부터 핵산을 용리하기 위하여 제 5 시약을 압력변화에 의하여 핵산 포착 칩 내로 흡인하여, 고상과 제 5 시약을 접촉시킨 후, 토출하는 제 5 공정을 포함하는 핵산 회수방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,고상이 섬유상물로 이루어지고, 섬유상물과 섬유상물과의 평균거리가 25㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수방법.
- 실리카를 함유하는 고상에의 핵산의 결합을 촉진하는 촉진물질과,핵산을 함유하는 혼합액으로부터 핵산을 회수하는 핵산 회수방법에 있어서,평균간격이 25㎛ 이하인 실리카함유 고상으로 이루어지는 통수부에, 혼합액을 흘리는 단계와,핵산의 고상에의 결합을 유지하면서 촉진물질을 세정하는 세정시약에 의하여, 핵산의 결합한 고상을 세정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,평균간격이 13㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,고상이 섬유상물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,고상이 석영울인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서,석영울 사이의 평균간격이 13㎛ 내지 21㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서,석영울의 직경이 6㎛ 내지 12㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,고상으로부터 핵산을 용리하는 작용을 가지는 물질에 의하여, 핵산을 결합한 고상으로부터 핵산을 용리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,혼합액의 평균유속이 10μL/s 내지 50μL/s 인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 회수방법.
