Claims (8)
- 제1 기판,상기 제1 기판 위에 한 방향으로 길게 형성되어 있는 다수의 공통 전극,상기 공통 전극을 덮고 있는 절연막,상기 절연막 위에 형성되어 있는 데이터선,상기 절연막 위에 상기 공통 전극과 평행하게 형성되어 있으며, 다수의 상기 공통 전극 사이에 교대로 배치되어 있는 다수의 화소 전극,상기 제1 기판과 마주보고 있는 제2 기판,상기 제2 기판에 형성되어 있으며 상기 데이터선을 덮는 블랙 매트릭스를 포함하며,가장 가장자리에 배치되어 있는 상기 공통 전극의 양쪽 가장자리는 상기 블랙 매트릭스 및 화소 전극의 가장자리와 중첩하는 평면 구동 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 공통 전극은 불투명한 물질로 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 화소 전극은 불투명한 물질로 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 블랙 매트릭스는 도전 재료로 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1 기판,상기 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 차광막,상기 제1 차광막을 덮고 있는 절연막,상기 절연막 위에 형성되어 있으며 상기 제1 차광막이 인접하게 배치되어 있는 데이터선,상기 절연막 위에 형성되어 있으며, 가장자리에 배치되어 있는 적어도 하나는 상기 제1 차광막의 한 가장자리가 중첩되어 있는 화소 전극,상기 절연막 위에 상기 화소 전극과 평행하게 교대로 배치되어 있는 공통 전극,상기 제1 기판과 마주보고 있는 제2 기판,상기 제2 기판에 형성되어 있으며 상기 데이터선을 덮고 일부는 상기 제1 차광막의 다른 가장자리와 중첩되어 있는 제2 차광막을 포함하는 평면 구동 액정 표시 장치.
- 제5항에서,상기 제1 차광막은 불투명한 물질로 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제5항에서,상기 화소 전극은 불투명한 물질로 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제5항에서,상기 제2 차광막은 도전 재료로 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
