- 순수한 액체인 반응성 사이즈를 음이온성 초미립 재료의 물분산액에 분산시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 실온에서 액체인 반응성 사이즈의 사이징 분산액을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 사이즈가 반응성 무수 사이즈인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 초미립 재료가 팽윤 점토, 실리카, 폴리실리스산, 폴리실리케이트 마이크로겔 또는 폴리알루미노실리케이트 마이크로겔로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 초미립 재료가 벤토나이트인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 물이 연수인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분산액이 양이온성 재료 없이 형성되는 것인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분산액이 양이온성 다가전해질 및 계면활성제로부터 선택되는 첨가제 없이 형성되는 것인 방법.

- 제 14항에 있어서, 중합체성 보존제와 초미립 음이온성 재료로 이루어진 초미립 보존 시스템을 사용하여 셀룰로스성 현탁액으로부터 사이즈된 종이를 만들기 위한 공정으로, 상기 공정은 중합체성 보존제를 함유하는 셀룰로스 현탁액을 제공하고, 그 다음 초미립자 음이온 재료를 함유하고 물 중에 있는 분산액과 수불용성 반응 사이즈를 현탁액에 넣고, 현탁액을 배수시켜 시트를 형성하고, 그리고 시트를 건조시키는 단계로 이루어지며, 보충수 내의 분산액이 초미립 재료와 반응성 사이즈를 함유하며, 양이온성 다가 전해질 및 계면활성제로부터 선택된 첨가제가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 분산액이 셀룰로스성 현탁액에 혼입된 후, 중합성 보존제가 첨가되는 것인 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 페놀술폰수지가 보존 시스템으로서, 현탁액 및 그 후 산화 폴리에틸렌 수지에 혼합되고, 상기 분산액이 산화 폴리에틸렌의 첨가 전 또는 후에 현탁액에 첨가되는 것인 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 분산액으로 종이를 코팅함에 의해 종이가 외부적으로 사이징되는 방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 종이 위에 분산액을 코팅하기 전에, 점성화제 및 코팅 성분으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 추가 성분이 분산액에 포함되는 것인 방법.
- 제 20항 또는 제 21항에 있어서, 중합체성 보존제를 셀룰로스성 희석 지료에 혼합하고, 시트를 형성하기 위해 희석 지료를 배수시키고, 시트를 건조하고, 상기 수성 분산액을 시트에 도포하고, 시트를 재건조하는 것으로 이루어지는, 외부적으로 사이징된 종이를 제조하는 방법.
