Claims (16)
- 게이트라인과, 상기 게이트라인에 교차하도록 형성되는 데이터라인과, 상기 데이터라인과 상기 게이트라인에 전기적으로 연결되는 스위칭소자와, 상기 스위칭소자의 일 전극을 제외한 노출된 전면을 덮도록 콘택홀이 형성되는 유기보호막과, 상기 유기보호막 상에 상기 콘택홀을 통하여 스위칭소자의 일 전극에 연결되도록 형성되는 화소전극을 구비하는 화면표시부와,상기 화면표시부 주변에 위치하되, 상기 화면표시부의 표시작동을 위하여 형성되는 게이트패드 링크 및 데이터패드 링크를 포함하는 배선들 및 정전기방지소자를 포함하는 소자들과, 상기 배선들 및 소자들과는 절연되되, 상단이 노출되도록 형성되는 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴을 구비하는 주변부와,상기 노출된 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴과 화소전극을 포함하는 노출된 전면을 덮도록 형성되는 배향막을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 화소전극을 형성하기 위한 배선재로 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 데이터라인을 형성하기 위한 배선재로 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 게이트라인을 형성하기 위한 배선재로 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 주변부 전체에 걸쳐 형성되는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 2 에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 주변부 전체에 걸쳐 형성되는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 3 에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 주변부 전체에 걸쳐 형성되는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 4 에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 주변부 전체에 걸쳐 형성되는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 5 에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 주변부에서 실재가 형성되는 부분과 전기적으로 분리되도록 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 6 에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 주변부에서 실재가 형성되는 부분과 전기적으로 분리되도록 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 7 에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 주변부에서 실재가 형성되는 부분과 전기적으로 분리되도록 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 8 에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 주변부에서 실재가 형성되는 부분과 전기적으로 분리되도록 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 주변부에서 임의의 형상으로 소정의 면적을 차지하도록 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 2 에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 주변부에서 임의의 형상으로 소정의 면적을 차지하도록 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 3 에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 주변부에서 임의의 형상으로 소정의 면적을 차지하도록 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 4 에 있어서,상기 배향막부착력 향상용 패턴은 상기 주변부에서 임의의 형상으로 소정의 면적을 차지하도록 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치.
