Claims (7)
- 뇌파를 이용한 자동차 브레이크 제어 장치에 있어서,사용자로부터 18-26Hz의 중심 영역 베타파를 검출하는 뇌파 검출부,상기 검출된 중심 영역 베타파를 증폭하는 뇌파 증폭부,상기 증폭된 중심 영역 베타파를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 A/D 변환부, 및상기 디지털 신호로 변환된 중심 영역 베타파를 평상시의 기준 중심 영역 베타파와 비교하여 상대출력을 구하고, 상기 상대출력과 가속페달의 눌러진 상태에 따라 제동 명령을 발생시키는 제어부를 포함하는 뇌파를 이용한 자동차 브레이크 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1 항에 있어서, 상기 뇌파 검출부는 상기 사용자의 두피 중심부에 부착되는 전극을 포함하는 헤드폰 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 뇌파를 이용한 자동차 브레이크 제어 장치.
- 청구항 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전극은 한 개이며, 10-20 국제 전극 배치법(International 10-20 System of Electrode Placement)의 Cz, Pz, 또는 Fz에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뇌파를 이용한 자동차 브레이크 제어 장치.
- (a) 사용자로부터 18-26Hz의 중심 영역 베타파를 검출하는 단계;(b) 상기 검출된 중심 영역 베타파를 증폭하는 단계;(c) 상기 증폭된 중심 영역 베타파를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 단계;(d) 상기 디지털 신호로 변환된 중심 영역 베타파를 평상시의 기준 중심 영역 베타파와 비교하여 상대출력을 구하는 단계;(e) 상기 상대출력과 가속페달의 눌러진 상태에 따라 제동 명령을 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는 뇌파를 이용한 자동차 브레이크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 4 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (e)에서 상기 상대출력이 정해진 역치보다 작고 상기 가속페달이 눌려져 있지 않으면 상기 제동 명령이 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뇌파를 이용한 자동차 브레이크 제어 방법.

- 청구항 4 항에 있어서, 상기 상대출력은 상기 평상시의 기준 중심 영역 베타파의 출력으로 상기 디지털 신호로 변환된 중심 영역 베타파의 출력을 나누어 구해진 것을 특징으로 하는 뇌파를 이용한 자동차 브레이크 제어 방법.
