Claims (7)
- 백 플레이트;상기 백 플레이트에 마주보는 방향으로 설치되는 제 1 및 제 2 브레이크 슈;상기 한 쌍의 브레이크 슈의 한 쪽 인접단 사이에 설치되는 서비스 브레이크 액튜에이터;상기 한 쌍의 브레이크 슈의 다른 쪽 인접단 사이에 설치되는 앵커;상기 제 1 브레이크 슈의 중간부에서 피봇부에 의해서 회전 가능하게 지지되는 긴 막대 형상 링크;상기 서비스 브레이크 액튜에이터에 인접하여 양 브레이크 슈 사이에 설치되어 상기 긴 막대 형상 링크의 한쪽 측이 연계되는 슈 간격 조정 장치; 및상기 앵커에 인접하여 상기 긴 막대 형상 링크의 다른 쪽 측이 연계되는 파킹 브레이크 액튜에이터가 포함되는 드럼 브레이크 장치에 있어서,서비스 브레이크시에, 상기 긴 막대 형상 링크가 상기 제 1 브레이크 슈와 일체로 작동하도록 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 긴 막대 형상 링크의 다른 쪽 끝단부는 상기 앵커에 가압되어 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 긴 막대 형상 링크가 상기 피봇부를 지지점으로 하여 상기 제 1 브레이크 슈의 개방 방향과 같은 방향으로 회전력을 부여하는 스프링; 및상기 스프링에 의한 상기 긴 막대 형상 링크의 회전각도을 규제하는 링크회전규제부가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 긴 막대 형상 링크가 상기 피봇부를 지지점으로 하여 상기 한 쌍의 브레이크 슈에 작용하는 개방 항력을, 상기 서비스 브레이크 액튜에이터 측 보다도 앵커 측이 크게 되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 긴 막대 형상 링크의 상기 피봇부를 지지점으로 하여, 상기 한 쌍의 브레이크 슈 사이에 팽팽하게 설치된 슈 리턴 스프링의 모멘트를, 서비스 브레이크 액튜에이터 측보다도 앵커 측이 크게 되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 슈 간격 조정 장치는, 상기 한 쌍의 브레이크 슈의 개방량을 감지하여 자동적으로 조정하는 자동 조정 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 긴 막대 형상 링크 또는 상기 제 1 브레이크 슈의 중간부의 어느 것인 가에 프레스로써 일체로 성형된 돌기; 및상기 돌기가 회전 가능하게 지지되기 위하여, 상기 긴 막대 형상 링크 또는 한 쪽 브레이크 슈의 중간부의 다른 쪽 부재에 관통하여 설치되는 구멍이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크 장치.
