- 데이터 포맷에 관한 데이터를 포함하는 데이터 포맷 처리정보가 리드인(lead-in) 영역에 기록되고, 특정 제 1데이터포맷의 데이터와 상기 데이터를 재생처리 하기 위한 제 1데이터 처리정보가 데이터 포맷 처리정보에 따라 데이터영역에 기록될 수 있는 기록매체에 있어서,상기 제 1데이터 포맷과 다른 제 2데이터 포맷의 데이터는 데이터 단위로 구성되고 상기 데이터 포맷 처리정보에 따라서 데이터 영역에 기록되고, 제 2데이터 처리정보(TOC)는 상기 제 2데이터 포맷의 데이터의 재생을 관리하기 위해 소정의 위치에 기록되고,상기 기록매체에서, 제 2데이터 포맷의 데이터의 존재를 나타내는 식별데이터(CNT)가 상기 데이터포맷 처리정보에 포함되고, 상기 제 1데이터 포맷은 DVD(digital versatile disk) 포맷이고 상기 제 2데이터 포맷은 DSD(direct stream digital) 포맷이고,상기 제 2데이터포맷의 데이터는 시그마 델타( ∑△)변조된 1비트 오디오신호로 구성되고, 상기 매체에 기록된 제 2데이터포맷의 데이터는 섹터로 배열되고, 각 섹터는 ∑△변조된 1비트 오디오신호에 할당된 메인 데이터 영역과 서브데이터에 할당된 서브데이터영역을 포함하고, 서브데이터는 메인 데이터 또는 그래픽 정보 또는 MIDI 데이터에 관련된 정보로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2데이터처리정보는 리드인 영역에 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 데이터영역은 제 1데이터포맷의 데이터 및 제 1데이터처리정보가 기록되는 영역과, 적어도 제 2데이터포맷의 데이터가 기록되는 또다른 영역으로 구성되고,상기 물리적 포맷처리정보는 제 1 및 제 2데이터포맷의 데이터가 기록된 것을 나타내는 식별데이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2데이터처리정보는 상기 제 2데이터포맷의 데이터의 각 유닛에 관한 기록위치정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2데이터 처리정보는 상기 제 2데이터포맷의 데이터의 각 유닛에 대응하는 부가정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2데이터처리정보는 상기 제 2데이터포맷의 데이터의 각 유닛에 대응하는 부분 기록위치정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2데이터처리정보는 상기 제 2데이터포맷의 데이터에 대해, 최대 100데이터유닛이 처리가능하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2데이터처리정보는 상기 제 1 및 제 2데이터포맷과 다른 제 3데이터포맷의 데이터가 기록되는 영역의 위치정보를 포함하고, 상기 제 3데이터포맷의 데이터 및 이것을 재생처리하기 위한 제 2데이터처리정보는 상기 관련위치정보에 의해 상기 데이터영역에 표시되는 영역에 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 제 3데이터처리정보는 상기 제 2데이터처리정보에 포함되고 제 3데이터포맷의 데이터가 기록되는 영역과 관련된 위치정보에 의해 표시되는 위치에 관하여 미리 결정된 특정위치에 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 11항에 있어서,2048바이트의 데이터 영역은 상기 각 섹터에 형성되고, 상기 메인데이터 영역은 2016바이트로 이루어지는 반면, 상기 서브데이터영역은 32바이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 10항에 있어서,∑△변조 1비트 오디오신호로 구성되는 상기 제 2데이터포맷의 데이터는 두 채널오디오데이터로 변환되고, 각 채널데이터는 8비트단위로 각 기록섹터에서 2016바이트에 번갈아서 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 10항에 있어서,∑△변조 1비트 오디오신호로 구성되는 상기 제 2데이터포맷의 데이터는 채널오디오신호로 변환되고, 각 채널데이터는 소정의 순서로 8비트단위로, 각 기록섹터에서 2016바이트에 할당되고, 전체 6채널 중에서 다수의 특정채널에 대응하는 데이터는 다른 채널의 데이터와 관련된 값과 다른, 소정의 이득이 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.

- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 판별수단에 의한 판별의 결과가 상기 제 1데이터포맷의 기록데이터의 존재를 나타낼 때, 상기 재생제어수단은 상기 독출수단이 상기 독출수단에 의해 독출된 상기 제 1데이터처리정보에 따라 제 l데이터포맷의 데이터를 독출할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 재생제어수단은 상기 독출수단에 의해 독출된 제 1데이터포맷의 데이터를 복호화하기 위한 제 1포맷 복호화수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 재생제어수단은 상기 독출수단이 상기 제 2데이터처리정보에서 데이터단위당 포함된 기록위치정보에 대응하여 상기 각 단위의 제 2데이터포맷의 데이터를 독출할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제 13항에 있어서,정보표현출력수단을 더 포함하고, 상기 재생제어수단은 상기 정보표현출력수단이 상기 제 2데이터처리정보에 데이터단위당 포함된 부가정보를 전달할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 재생제어수단은 상기 독출수단이 제 2데이터처리정보에 포함되고 단지 상기 제 2데이터포맷의 데이터의 각 단위에 관한 부분기록위치정보에만 대응하여 필요한 단위의 부분데이터를 독출할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제 13항에 있어서,얻어진 제 2데이터처리정보가 상기 제 1 및 제 2데이터포맷과 다른 제 3데이터포맷의 데이터가 기록된 영역의 위치정보를 포함할 때, 상기 재생제어수단은 상기 위치정보에 따라, 상기 독출수단이 제 3데이터포맷의 데이터를 재생처리하기 위한 제 3데이터처리정보를 독출할 수 있도록 하고, 또한 상기 독출수단이 제 3데이터처리정보에 따라 제 3데이터포맷의 데이터를 독출할 수 있도록하고,상기 재생장치는 또한 상기 독출수단에 의해 독출된 제 3데이터포맷의 데이터를 복호화하기 위한 제 3포맷 복호화수단을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제 19항에 있어서,제 3데이터처리정보를 독출하기 위해, 상기 재생제어수단은, 제 2데이터처리정보에 포함되고 제 3데이터포맷의 데이터가 기록되는 영역에 관한 위치정보에 의해 표시되는 위치에 대해 판별되는 특정위치를 독출할 수 있도록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 제 2포맷 복호회수단은 복호화를 통해 두 채널오디오신호를 출력할 수 있고, 6채널오디오데이터가 상기 독출수단에 의해 독출될 때, 필요한 채널데이터가 두 채널을 구성하는 각 채널데이터를 형성하도록 부가되어 6채널데이터에 대해 동일한 이득이 유지되고, 그리고 나서 두 채널오디오신호가 출력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 제 2포맷 복호화수단은 복호화처리를 통해 6채널오디오신호를 출력할 수 있고, 상기 독출수단에 이해 독출된 전체 6채널데이터 중에서 다수의 특정채널의 데이터에는 다른채널의 데이터에 관련한 값과 다른 소정의 이득이 주어지고, 그리고 나서 6채널오디오신호가 이 상태에서 출력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
