Claims (15)
- 그라파이트 10 내지 20중량%와, 물을 유리화시키는 경화반응 동안에 레사이트를 형성시킬 수 있는 수지접착제 10 내지 20중량% 및 산화지르코늄을 잔량으로서 포함하고, 상기 산화지르코늄 결정구조의 내부에 적정량의 산화칼슘(CaO) 또는 산화마그네슘(MgO)이 선택적으로 함유된 슬래그라인 슬리브를 형성하기 위한 조성에 있어서,상기 수지가 상기 레사이트를 형성하기 위하여 경화될 때 발생하는 수축력에 반작용하도록 상기 조성에 결합된 분말을 포함하는 5 내지 15중량%의 산화칼슘(CaO)을 구비하고; 상기 산화칼슘은 상기 산화지르코늄 결정구조의 내부에 선택적으로 함유된 상기 산화칼슘 또는 산화마그네슘과 분리되어 구별되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬래그라인 슬리브의 형성 조성.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 산화칼슘(CaO)이 함유된 분말은 소석회와 돌로마를 포함하는 그룹 중에서 선택되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 슬래그라인 슬리브의 형성 조성.
- 제2항에 있어서,그라파이트 10% 내지 20%, 산화방지제 5% 내지 10%, 페놀수지가 40% 내지 60%의 중량비로 용해된 페놀수지용액 10% 내지 20%, 잔량으로서의 산화지르코늄 그리고 산화칼슘이 함유된 분말이 약 5 % 정도의 중량비로 각각 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 슬래그라인 슬리브의 형성 조성.
- 제3항에 있어서,그라파이트 약 12%, 산화지르코늄 약 72%, 산화칼슘이 함유된 분말 약 5%, 그리고 푸르푸랄데히드 용매에 약 50%의 중량비로 상기 페놀수지가 용해된 페놀수지용액이 약 11%의 중량비로 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 슬래그라인 슬리브의 형성 조성.
- 용융금속을 주입하기 위한 몸체부와 상기 몸체부에 부착된 슬래그라인 슬리브 부분을 구비하는 노즐의 제조방법으로서,상기 몸체부는 외측면과 용융금속이 주입되어 흐르도록 연장된 공간을 형성하는 내측면을 포함하여 형성되고;상기 슬래그라인 슬리브는 연속주조물의 내부에서 최소한 슬래그층과 접촉하는 상기 외측면의 외주면을 감싸도록 설치되는 상기 제조방법은,그라파이트 10 내지 20중량%와, 페놀수지 10 내지 20중량% 및 금속산화물의 내화파티클을 잔량으로서 포함하는 일차혼합물을 상기 몸체의 형틀에 주입하고 상기 일차혼합물의 수지를 경화시켜 상기 몸체를 형성하고;그라파이트 10 내지 20중량%와, 물을 유리화시키는 경화반응 동안에 레사이트를 형성시킬 수 있는 수지 접착제 10 내지 20중량% 및 산화지르코늄을 잔량으로서 포함하는 이차혼합물을 형성하며, 상기 이차혼합물을 최소한 외측면의 외주면에 코팅하고 그리고 나서 레사이트를 형성하도록 상기 이차혼합물의 상기 수지를 경화시키고;상기 이차혼합물의 상기 수지가 상기 레사이트를 형성하기 위하여 경화될 때 발생하는 수축력에 반작용하도록 상기 이차혼합물에 상기 산화지르코늄 결정구조의 내부에 선택적으로 함유된 상기 산화칼슘(CaO) 또는 산화마그네슘(MgO)과 분리되어 구별된 분말이 함유된 산화칼슘(CaO)이 5 내지 15중량% 더 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속을 주입하는 노즐의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 일차혼합물은 돌로마, 그라파이트 그리고 수지접착제를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 용융금속을 주입하는 노즐의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,분말이 함유된 상기 산화칼슘(CaO)은 소석회와 돌로마를 포함하는 그룹 중에서 선택되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 용융금속을 주입하는 노즐의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 이차혼합물은 그라파이트 10% 내지 20%, 산화방지제 5% 내지 10%, 페놀수지가 40% 내지 60%의 중량비로 용해된 페놀수지용액 10% 내지 20%, 잔량으로서의 산화지르코늄 그리고 산화칼슘이 함유된 분말이 약 5 % 정도의 중량비로 각각 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 용융금속을 주입하는 노즐의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 이차혼합물은 그라파이트 약 12%, 산화지르코늄 약 72%, 산화칼슘이 함유된 분말 5%, 그리고 푸르푸랄데히드 용매에 약 50%의 중량비로 상기 페놀수지가 용해된 페놀수지용액이 약 11%의 중량비로 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 용융금속을 주입하는 노즐의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항의 공정에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 제 6 항의 공정에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 제 7 항의 공정에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 제 8 항의 공정에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 제 9 항의 공정에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 일, 이차혼합물의 상기 수지는 상기 몸체와 상기 슬래그라인 슬리브의 내부에 탄소격자구조가 형성되도록 탄화되는 탄화과정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 노즐.
