Claims (7)
- 칼라필터 단위 셀과 TFT 단위 셀을 밀봉하기 위해 상기 칼라필터 단위 셀의 내부에 밀봉실을 인쇄하는 단계;상기 TFT 단위 셀이 소정방향으로 기울어지는 것을 방지하기 위해서 상기 칼라필터 단위 셀의 외부 사면에 제1 보강 스페이서가 포함된 제1 보강실과, 제1 보강실과 소정간격 이격된 영역에 제2 보강 스페이서가 포함된 제2 보강실을 각각 형성하는 단계;상기 칼라필터 및 상기 TFT 단위 셀이 열에 의해 팽창되는 것을 방지하기 위해서 상기 칼라필터 단위 셀의 사면에 지지바를 형성하는 단계;상기 칼라필터 단위 셀과 상기 TFT 단위 셀을 얼라인시키고, 상기 칼라필터 단위 셀과 상기 TFT 단위 셀을 고정하기 위해서 압력과 자외선을 가하여 상기 지지바를 경화시키는 단계; 및상기 칼라필터 및 상기 TFT 단의 셀에 열과 압력을 가하여 상기 제1 보강실과 제2 보강실을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 패널 제작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지바는 지지 스페이서가 포함된 자외선 경화제를 프린팅하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 패널 제작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지바는 자외선 경화제를 포함하며, 상기 자외선 경화제가 퍼지는 것을 방지하기 위해서 상기 제1 보강실과 상기 제2 보강실 사이에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 패널 제작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지바에 포함된 지지 스페이서의 크기는 상기 제1 및 제2 보강 스페이서의 크기보다 약간 크거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 패널 제작 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지지 스페이서의 크기는 상기 제1 및 제2 보강 스페이서의 크기의 5%를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 패널 제작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지바 경화공정에서 가해지는 압력과 상기 핫프레스 공정에서 가해지는 압력은 서로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 패널 제작 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지지바 경화공정 및 상기 핫프레스 경화공정에 가해지는 상기 압력은 0.2kgf /㎤∼1.0kgf /㎤인 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 패널 제작 방법.
