- 호퍼로 유입되는 분쇄된 폐합성수지를 모터의 회전력을 이용하여 압송하는 이송스크류와 그 이송스크류에 의해 압송된 폐합성수지를 외부에 설치되는 버너의 가열에 의해 상기 폐합성수지로 부터 유류성분을 가진 가스(Gas)를 생성하는 반응로와 그 유류성분을 가진 가스(Gas)를 냉각하는 냉각타워와, 1차여과기를 통해 1차로 여과하고, 이를 탈취 및 탈색하는 촉매타워와 2차로 여과하는 2차여과기로 이루어진 유화장치에 있어서,상기 이송스크류와 반응로 사이는 상기 분쇄된 폐합성수지를 히터에 의해 1차로 가열하여 반용융상태로 상기 반응로로 유입되도록 가열하는 가용융부가 마련되고, 상기 반응로의 일측에는 상기 용융된 폐합성수지의 잔재(sludgy)가 과다하게 적재되어 있을시 이를 상기 반응로에 재투입하는 잔재제거기를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐플라스틱의 유화장치.
