Abstract
본 고안에 의하면 Al-PE 폐기물을 단계적인 처리에 의해 별도의 연료를 사용하지 않고 자체의 응축된 액상의 PE를 연료로 사용하여 친환경적으로 폐기물을 유효하게 처리할 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- AL-PE 폐기물의 처리장치에 있어서,
Al-PE폐기물을 200~400℃의 저온으로 연소하여 PE를 열 분해하는 연소로와, 상기 연소로에서 발생 된 연소가스를 응축하여 액상의 PE를 추출하는 응축기와, 상기 추출된 액상의 PE를 연료로 사용하여 상기 연소로에서 배출된 연소가스를 800℃의 온도로 가열하여 환경공해물질인 다이옥신을 제거하는 흡입팬과 버너가 구비된 가열로와, 상기 가열로에서 배출되는 가스를 냉각처리하는 냉각기와, 상기 냉각기에서 응결 및 응집된 미립자의 분진 및 유해가스를 흡착 여과하는 여과재가 구비된 여과기가 폐기물의 처리단계의 순서로 배치되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 Al-PE 폐기물의 저온 연소처리장치. - 제1항에 있어서
연소로의 배출구에 연결된 응축기는 수냉 코일이 구비되고 응축기의 유출구 측에 액상의 PE의 수집용기가 구비되어 연소로에서 분해된 기체상태의 PE를 액상의 PE로 추출하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 Al-PE 폐기물의 저온 연소처리장치. - Al-PE 폐기물을 버너와 흡입팬이 구비된 연소로에 의하여 200~400℃의 온도로 연소하여 Al-PE 폐기물의 연소단계와;
상기 연소로에서 배출된 연소가스를 냉각 코일이 구비된 응축기에 의해 액상의 PE를 응축하여 추출하는 PE의 추출단계와;
상기 추츨된 액상의 PE를 연료로 사용하여 연소가스 중에 함유된 다이옥신을 가열로에 의해 800℃의 온도로 가열하여 제거하는 다이옥신의 제거단계와;
다이옥신이 제거된 연소가스를 냉각기에 의해 냉각하여 분진을 응집하고 여과재가 구비된 여과기에 의해 분진 및 유해가스를 흡착제거하는 배기가스의 여과단계;
를 거쳐 처리하게 된 Al-PE 폐기물의 저온 연소처리장치.
