Claims (11)
- 리튬 이온으로 도핑/탈도핑시킬 수 있는 물질을 활성 물질로서 함유하는 양극, 리튬 금속, 리튬 합금, 또는 리튬 이온으로 도핑/탈도핑시킬 수 있는 물질을 활성 물질로서 함유하는 음극, 및 액체 또는 고체 전해질을 포함하는 리튬 2차 전지에 있어서,알루미늄을 함유하는 리튬화된 이산화니켈이 양극 활성 물질로서 사용되고 알루미늄을 함유하는 리튬화된 이산화니켈에서 알루미늄의 몰량과 니켈의 몰량의 합에 대한 알루미늄의 몰 비(x)가 0.10 초과, 0.20 미만의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄을 함유하는 리튬화된 이산화니켈이 리튬 화합물, 니켈 화합물 및 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 화합물의 혼합물을 소성시킴으로써 수득되는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알루미늄을 함유하는 리튬화된 이산화니켈이, 니켈 화합물을 알루미늄 화합물과 수용성 리튬 화합물을 함유하는 수용액에 분산시키는 단계, 생성된 용액에 함유된 물을 증발시켜 혼합물을 수득하는 단계 및 생성된 혼합물을 산소를 포함하는 대기 속에서 소성시키는 단계에 의해 수득되는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수용성 리튬 화합물이 질산리튬이고 니켈 화합물이 염기성 탄산니켈인 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알루미늄을 함유하는 리튬화된 이산화니켈이 수산화리튬, 니켈 화합물 및 알루미늄 화합물을 건식 혼합시키는 단계 및 생성된 혼합물을 산소를 함유하는 대기 속에서 소성시키는 단계에 의해 수득되는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 니켈 화합물이 니켈 세스퀴옥사이드인 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체 또는 고체 전해질이 화학식 중에 불소를 갖는 화합물을 포함하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체 또는 고체 전해질이 LiPF6, LiBF4, LiCF3SO3, LiN(CF3SO2)2 및 LiC(CF3SO2)3으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 리튬 염을 함유하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체 또는 고체 전해질이 불소를 함유하는 하나 이상의 치환체를 갖는 유기 용매를 포함하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 알루미늄을 함유하는 리튬화된 이산화니켈을 포함하고, 알루미늄의 몰량과 니켈의 몰량의 합에 대한 알루미늄의 몰 비(x)가 0.10 초과, 0.20 미만의 범위로 되는 방법으로, 니켈 화합물을 알루미늄 화합물과 수용성 리튬 화합물을 함유하는 수용액에 분산시키는 단계, 생성된 용액에 함유된 물을 증발시켜 혼합물을 수득하는 단계 및 생성된 혼합물을 산소를 함유하는 대기 속에서 소성시키는 단계에 의해 수득되는 리튬 2차 전지용 양극 활성 물질.
- 알루미늄을 함유하는 리튬화된 이산화니켈을 포함하고, 알루미늄의 몰량과 니켈의 몰량의 합에 대한 알루미늄의 몰 비(x)가 0.10 초과, 0.20 미만의 범위로 되는 방법으로, 알루미늄 화합물, 수산화리튬 및 니켈 화합물을 건식 혼합하는 단계 및 생성된 혼합물을 산소를 함유하는 대기 속에서 소성시키는 단계에 의해 수득되는 리튬 2차 전지용 양극 활성 물질.
