- 흡착탑(1)의 외부 일측에 구비되어 악취가스를 유입시키는 유입구(2), 유입된 악취가스에 함유되어 있는 분진 및 수분을 제거하는 프리필터(4), 300℃ 이상에서 가열하여 박리 팽창시킨 질석에 미생물을 고정화시킨 악취제거용 흡착제가 충진된 흡착층(5), 상기 흡착층(5)을 통과하며 처리된 가스가 배출되는 스택(7), 악취물질로 완전히 흡착된 상기 흡착층(5)내의 폐질석을 배출하는 슬라이드 게이트(8), 폐질석이 제거된 흡착층(5)내에 폐질석을 충진시킬 수 있도록 하는 탑도어(9) 및 악취가스를 흡착탑(1)내부로 이송시키고 처리된 가스를 배출시키는 배기팬(3)을 포함하는 악취제거장치.
- 반응조(10)의 내부 일측에 300℃ 이상에서 가열하여 박리 팽창시킨 질석에 미생물을 고정화시킨 악취제거용 흡착제를 여재로한 미생물 충진층(12), 배기팬(3), 세정액이 채워져 있는 세정부(15), 상기 반응조(10)의 상단 일측에 위치한 분사노즐(14), 상기 세정부(15) 바닥면의 세정액을 상기 분사노즐(14)로 유입시키는 순환펌프(13) 및 질석을 충진시킨 탈취탑(11)을 포함하는 악취제거장치.
- 제 4항에 따른 악취제거장치로 악취를 제거하는 악취제거방법.
- 제 5항에 따른 악취제거장치로 악취를 제거하는 악취제거방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 세정부(15)의 세정액이 분사노즐을 통하여 반응조(10) 내부로 순환 분사되면서 악취가스를 상기 세정액에 의하여 용해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취제거방법.
