Claims (4)
- 황화계 화합물을 에너지원으로 이용하여 최종 대사 산물인 황산을 생성하며, 79g/L의 고농도 황산염이 존재하는 조건에서도 황산화활성이 유지되고, pH 0.5 이하의 pH 조건에서도 생육과 황산화 능력을 가진 티오바실러스 티오옥시단스 에이제트11 (Thiobacillus thiooxidans AZ11) KCTC 8929P.
- 티오바실러스 티오옥시단스 에이제트11 KCTC 8929P를 이용하여 악취물질을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물학적 악취 제거방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,각종 악취 발생원으로부터 배출되는 악취물질을 포함하는 공기 중의 고체성 이물질을 제거하는 여과단계와;상기 여과된 공기에 습기를 공급하는 가습단계와;상기 여과·가습된 공기의 온도를 15℃ 이상으로 가온하는 가열단계와;상기 가온된 공기를 티오바실러스 티오옥시단스 에이제트11 (Thiobacillus thiooxidans AZ11) KCTC 8929P 균주가 고정화된 고정화 담체층으로 통과시켜 공기 중에 포함되어 있는 황화계 악취물질을 산화시키는 탈취단계와;상기 탈취된 공기를 활성탄층으로 통과시켜 공기 중에 남아있는 미량 악취물질을 흡착·제거하는 흡착단계;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 생물학적 악취 제거방법.
- 악취를 제거하기 위한 생물학적 탈취장치에 있어서,각종 악취 발생원으로부터 배출되는 악취물질을 포함하는 공기를 전달하는 송풍기(1)와;상기 송풍기(1)에 의해 전달된 공기 중의 고체성 이물질을 제거하는 공기여과기(2)와;상기 공기여과기(2)를 통과한 공기에 습기를 공급하는 증습탑(3)과;상기 증습탑(3)을 통과하여 습기를 함유하는 공기의 온도를 15℃ 이상으로 가온하는 공기가열기(5)와;티오바실러스 티오옥시단스 에이제트11 (Thiobacillus thiooxidans AZ11) KCTC 8929P 균주가 고정화된 고정화 담체층(6)을 내장하고 있어 상기 공기가열기(5)를 통과한 공기 중의 황화계 악취물질을 산화시키는 생물탈취탑(7)과;활성탄이 충전되어 있어 상기 생물탈취탑(7)을 통과한 공기 중의 미량 악취물질을 흡착·제거하는 흡착탑(8);으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 생물학적 탈취장치.
