Claims (8)
- 질량%로, C : 0.1% 이하, Si : 2% 이하, Mn : 2% 이하, P : 0.025% 이하, S : 0.005% 이하, N : 0.04% 이하, Cr : 10∼30%, Al : 2.1∼4.5% 미만 및 Mo : 2.5∼15% 혹은 W : 2.5∼9% 또는 Mo와 W를 합계로 2.5∼15% 함유하고, 잔부가 실질적으로 Ni로 이루어지고, 또한 아래의 수학식 1을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성 및 고온 강도가 우수한 니켈기 내열 합금.[수학식 1]여기에서, 수학식 1 중의 원소 기호는 합금 중에 함유되는 각 원소의 함유율(질량%)을 의미한다.
- 질량%로, C : 0.1% 이하, Si : 2% 이하, Mn : 2% 이하, P : 0.025% 이하, S : 0.005% 이하, N : 0.04% 이하, Cr : 10∼30%, Al : 2.1∼4.5% 미만 및 Mo : 2.5∼15% 혹은 W : 2.5∼9% 또는 Mo와 W를 합계로 2.5∼15% 함유하고, 또한, Ti : 3% 이하, Nb : 1% 이하, V : 1% 이하, Ta : 2% 이하, Zr : 0.2% 이하, Hf : 0.8% 이하, B : 0.03% 이하, Mg : 0.01% 이하, Ca : 0.01% 이하, Fe : 10% 이하, La : 0.1% 이하, Ce : 0.1% 이하, Nd : 0.1% 이하, Y : 0.1% 이하, Cu : 5% 이하, Co : 10% 이하 중 하나 또는 둘 이상을 함유하며, 잔부가 실질적으로 Ni로 이루어지고, 또한 아래의 수학식 2을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성 및 고온 강도가 우수한 니켈기 내열 합금.[수학식 2]여기에서, 수학식 1 중의 원소 기호는 합금 중에 함유되는 각 원소의 함유율(질량%)을 의미한다.
- 제2항에 있어서, Ti가 1.0% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성 및 고온 강도가 우수한 니켈기 내열 합금.
- 모재 및 용접 금속이 어느 것이나 질량%로, C : 0.1% 이하, Si : 2% 이하, Mn : 2% 이하, P : 0.025% 이하, S : 0.005% 이하, N : 0.04 % 이하, Cr: 10∼30%, Al : 2.1∼4.5% 미만 및 Mo : 2.5∼15% 혹은 W : 2.5∼9% 또는 Mo와 W를 합계로 2.5∼15% 함유하고, 잔부가 실질적으로 Ni로 이루어지고, 또한 아래의 수학식 1를 만족하는 동시에, 아래의 수학식 3에 의해 구할 수 있는 용접 금속의 ST값이 모재의 ST값보다도 크며, 그 차가 3 이상인 것인 니켈기 내열 합금의 용접 조인트.[수학식 1][수학식 3]여기에서, 수학식 1 및 수학식 3 중의 원소 기호는 모재 또는 용접 금속 중에 함유되는 각 원소의 함유율(질량%)을 의미한다.

- 제5항에 있어서, Ti가 0.005∼1.0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 내열 합금의 용접 조인트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 용접성 및 고온 강도가 우수한 니켈기 내열 합금으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 플랜트용 분해로 또는 개질로에 사용하는 관.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 용접 조인트를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 플랜트용 분해로 또는 개질로에 사용하는 관.
