Claims (2)
- 폴리에스터 미연신사를 프리 피드롤러로 공급하는 단계;상기 프리 피드롤러와 제1피드롤러 사이에 위치한 트래버스 가이드에서 트래버스 구동장치를 이용하여 트래버스를 0.5 내지 3.0 초의 불규칙적인 주기로 상기 폴리에스터 미연신사의 진행방향으로 진동을 부여하는 단계;제1 피드롤러 및 제1 히터 사이에서 1차 연신을 하는 단계;가연부에서 벌키성이 10 내지 20%가 되도록 가연하는 단계;제2 피드롤러, 제2 히터 및 제3 피드롤러 사이에서 2차 연신 및 크림프 부여단계; 및권취부에서 권취하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리에스터 태세 가연사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1차 연신이 1.10 내지 1.19의 연신비로 행해지고, 상기 2차 연신이 1.24 내지 1.34의 연신비로 행해짐으로써, 총 연신비가 1.30 내지 1.65가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 태세 가연사의 제조방법.
