Claims (2)
- 톱밥의 크기와 같거나 크게 파쇄된 각 파티클 입자들을 수지접착제로 접착시키되, 큰 파티클이 분포된 큰 파티클층은 심층부에 형성되게 하고, 톱밥의 크기보다 작게 파쇄된 작은 파티클이 분포된 작은 파티클층은 표면층과 이면층에 형성되게 하여 파티클 보드를 성형하며, 또한 상기 파티클 보드의 양면에 알루미늄시트를 접착하여서 불투습판재를 제조하는 것에 있어서,상기 파티클 보드의 심층부를 형성하는 파티클층과, 상기한 심층부의 양측에 형성되는 표면층과 이면층을 형성하는 각 파티클을 접착시키기 위한 수지접착제에는 그의 량에 대하여 요오드계와 염소계의 복합물질로 된 항균물질이 600∼800ppm 범위내에서 혼합되어 고르게 분포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 문화재 수장고용 항균불투습판재.
- 파쇄기를 이용하여 목재를 톱밥의 크기와 같이 아주 작은 입자의 파티클로 파쇄하는 파쇄공정과;상기 2차 파쇄공정을 거친 파티클을 고온의 열풍으로 파티클의 함수율이 2∼7%가 되게 건조하는 건조공정과;상기 건조공정을 거친 파티클을 톱밥의 크기와 같거나 크게 파쇄된 큰 파티클과 톱밥의 크기보다 작게 파쇄된 작은 파티클을 선별하여 구분하는 파티클 선별공정과;상기 선별공정에서 크기별로 구분 선별된 각 파티클에 섞여있는 이물질을 골라내어 제거하는 이물질 제거공정과;상기 이물질 제거공정을 거친 각 파티클을 따로따로 구분한 상태에서 파티클과 파티클간에 결합력을 높여주기 위하여 선별된 각각의 파티클에 포름알데히드 방출량이 적은 수지접착제를 분무하여 각 파티클 표면에 도포시키는 수지도포공정과;상기 수지도포공정을 거친 각 파티클을 제조하고자 하는 제품의 두께와 밀도에 맞추어 중량을 조절한 상태에서 큰 파티클은 심층부에 소정의 두께로 분포되게 하고 작은 파티클은 표면층과 이면층 각각에 소정의 두께로 분포되게 하여 각 파티클이 3중 구조로 적층된 파티클매트를 형성하는 파티클 적층공정과;상기 파티클 적층공정에서 만들어진 파티클매트를 고온·고압의 프레스로 열압축하여 각 파티클층이 조밀하게 압축되면서 각 파티클 표면에 도포된 수지접착제를 열경화시켜 각 파티클층의 파티클과 파티클들이 강력하게 접착된 파티클 보드를 성형하는 프레스 성형공정과;상기 프레스 성형공정에서 성형된 파티클 보드를 대기 중에 방치시켜 뜨거운 열기와 증기 및 가스를 방출시켜 안정화 상태가 될 때까지 냉각시키는 냉각공정과;상기 냉각공정에서 안정화 상태로 냉각된 파티클 보드를 규격에 맞추어 재단한 다음 표리면을 부드럽고 매끄럽게 연마하는 재단 및 연마공정과;상기 연마공정을 거친 파티클 보드의 양면에 알루미늄시트를 접착시키는 알루미늄시트 접착공정을 포함하여 불투습판재를 제조하는 것에 있어서,상기한 수지혼합공정을 각 파티클 표면에 분무하고자 하는 수지접착제에 요오드계와 염소계의 복합물질로 된 항균물질을 추가하여 혼합하되, 상기 항균물질의 량이 수지접착제에 대하여 600∼800ppm의 범위내에서 혼합된 상태로 분무하여 각 파티클 표면에 수지접착제와 함께 항균물질이 도포되게 하는 수지 및 항균물질 도포공정으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 문화재 수장고용 항균불투습판재의 제조방법.
