Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 구동부(12);상기 구동부(12)의 구동작용하에 변위하는 가동체(14);상기 구동부(12)의 일단부에 각각 연결되고, 압력유체 출입포트에 연통하는 다수의 압력유체 연통로가 설치된 한 쌍의 앤드블록(18a, 18b); 및축방향을 따라 통로(64)가 형성되고 양단부가 상기 한쌍의 앤드블록(18a, 18b)에 각각 연결된 연결부재를 포함하며,상기 연결부재를 축방향을 따라 소정거리만큼 변위시킴으로써 상기 연결부재의 통로(64)에 연통하는 압력유체 연통로가 전환되어 유로변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결부재를 축방향을 따라 소정거리만큼 변위시킴으로써 압력유체의 배관 배출구가 한쪽의 앤드블록(18a)과 다른쪽의 앤드블록(18b)으로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력유체 연통로는 일단부가 압력유체를 공급 및 배기하는 통로에 접속되고, 타단부가 상기 연결부재의 통로(64)에 연통되는 제1 압력유체 연통로, 및 일단부가 압력유체를 공급 및 배기하는 통로에 접속되고, 타단부가 상기 연결부재의 통로(64)에 접속되며 상기 구동부측에 연통되는 제2 압력유체 연통로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 압력유체 연통로는 축방향을 따라 형성된 제1 압력유체 출입포트(38a, 38b), 및 상기 제1 압력유체 출입포트(38a, 38b)에 실질적으로 직교하여 연통되는 제3 압력유체 출입포트(42a, 42b)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 압력유체 연통로는 축방향을 따라 형성된 제2 압력유체 출입포트(40a, 40b), 상기 제2 압력유체 출입포트(40a, 40b) 및 상기 구동측에 실질적으로 직교하여 연통되는 제1 압력유체 통로(44a, 44b), 및 상기 제1 압력유체 통로(44a, 44b)를 따라 실질적으로 평행하게 연통되는 제2 압력유체 통로(46a, 46b)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제3 압력유체 출입포트(42a, 42b)는 상기 연결부재의 통로(64)에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2 압력유체 통로(46a, 46b)는 상기 연결부재의 통로(64)에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동부(12)는 자기장의 작용하에 상기 가동체(14)를변위시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동부는 압력유체에 의해 상기 가동체(100)를 압압함으로써 상기 가동체(100)를 변위시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
