Claims (10)
- 유리기판;상기 유리기판 상에 형성되는 복수개의 게이트 라인 및 상기 인접된 게이트 라인 사이에 형성되는 공통전극 라인;상기 게이트 라인과 공통전극 라인 사이의 공간에 형성되어 전기적 결함을 방지하며, 상기 게이트라인과 공통전극 라인과 동일 물질로 동시에 패터닝된 도전층 패턴;상기 게이트 라인과 상기 공통전극 라인을 포함한 전면에 형성되는 게이트 절연막;상기 게이트 절연막 상에 상기 게이트 라인 및 공통전극 라인과 수직하도록 형성되는 복수개의 데이터 라인;상기 게이트 라인과 데이터 라인에 의해 한정된 화소영역내에 형성되는 화소전극; 및상기 게이트 라인과 데이터 라인의 교차점 부근에 형성되는 TFT을 포함하여 구성된 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 박막트랜지스터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 라인과 도전층 패턴 그리고 공통전극 라인과 도전층 패턴의 간격은 5㎛ 이하로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 박막트랜지스터.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 라인과 공통전극 라인간의 거리는 15㎛ 이하로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 박막트랜지스터.

- 유리기판;상기 유리기판 상의 소정영역에 형성되는 투명전도막;상기 유리기판 상에 형성되는 복수개의 게이트 라인 및 상기 인접된 게이트 라인 사이에 형성되는 공통전극 라인;상기 게이트 라인과 상기 공통전극 라인을 포함한 전면에 형성되는 게이트 절연막;상기 게이트 절연막상에 상기 게이트 라인 및 상기 공통전극 라인과 수직하도록 형성되는 복수개의 데이터 라인;상기 게이트 라인과 상기 데이터 라인에 의해 한정된 화소영역내에 형성되는 화소전극;상기 게이트 라인과 상기 데이터 라인의 교차점 부근에 형성되는 TFT;상기 게이트 라인과 상기 공통전극 라인 및 상기 화소전극과 상기 공통전극 라인 사이에 복수개 형성되어 전기적 결함을 방지하기 위한 도전층 패턴; 및상기 투명전도막과 상기 게이트 라인 사이에 형성되는 투명패턴을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 박막트랜지스터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 투명전도막과 화소전극 그리고 투명패턴은 ITO 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 박막트랜지스터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 투명전도막과 투명패턴은 동시에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 박막트랜지스터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 도전층 패턴은 게이트 라인과 공통전극 라인의 물질과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 박막트랜지스터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 투명전도막 및 화소전극과 상기 공통전극 라인은 일측이 직접 연결되어 전기적으로 동일 전위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 박막트랜지스터.
