Claims (6)
- 플라즈마 반응기를 위한 유도 결합 플라즈마 인덕터에 있어서: 적어도 두 개 이상의 안테나 루프가 동일 평면상에 직렬로 연결되는 제1 평형 인덕터 코일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 유도 결합 플라즈마 인덕터.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 평형 인덕터 코일에 수평으로 위치하고, 적어도 두 개 이상의 안테나 루프가 동일 평면상에 직렬로 연결되는 제2 평형 인덕터 코일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 유도 결합 플라즈마 인덕터.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 평형 인덕터 코일은 상호 안테나 루프가 엇갈리도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 유도 결합 플라즈마 인덕터.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 평형 인덕터 코일은 상호 간에 전기적으로 직렬연결 또는 병렬연결 중의 어느 하나의 연결 방식으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 유도 결합 플라즈마 인덕터.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 평형 인덕터 코일에 의해 각기 발생되는 자속이 동일한 방향 또는 역방향 중의 어느 하나의 방향이 되도록 상기 제1 및 제2 평형 인덕터 코일이 상호 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 유도 결합 플라즈마 인덕터.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 평형 인덕터 코일의 안테나 루프들은 상호 동일한 사이즈 및 형상을 갖는 또는 서로 다른 사이즈 및 형상을 갖는 것 중의 어느 하나의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 유도 결합 플라즈마 인덕터.
