Claims (7)
- 아크릴산과 상기 아크릴산 대비 1:0.3∼2.1 비율의 비료원소화합물을 25∼90℃에서 반응시켜 반응액의 pH가 6.5∼8 범위에 도달한 다음에 N,N'-메틸렌비스 아크릴아미드를 첨가하고 70∼90℃에서 교반시키는 중합반응액 준비단계;상기 준비단계에서 얻어진 중합반응액을 중합 반응기에 붓고 전분, (NH4)2S2O8및 NaHSO3를 각각 첨가하고 균일화한 다음 중합 반응기를 70∼120℃ 건조로내에 방치함으로써 발포성 중합체 고형분을 얻는 중합단계; 및얻어진 고형물을 냉각분쇄하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 유기 고흡수 수지 비료의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴산은 비료원소화합물과 혼합하기에 앞서 중화도가 60∼90몰%가 되도록 중화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 고흡수 수지 비료의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비료원소화합물은 NH4OH, (NH4)2HPO4, NH4NO3; NaOH, NaNO3; CO(NH2)2, CoCl2; Ca(NO3)2ㆍ4H2O, Ca(CN)2; KH2PO4, KNO3, KCl, KI, K2SO4, KOH; CaO, CaCl2; MgSO4ㆍ7H2O, MgCl2, Mg(NO3)2; FeSO4ㆍ7H2O, Fe-EDTA; MnSO4ㆍ7H2O, MnCl2ㆍH2O, Mn-EDTA; ZnSO4ㆍH2O, ZnCl2; CuSO4ㆍ5H2O, Cu-EDTA; (NH4)2MoO4, Na2MoO4ㆍ4H2O; Na2B4O7ㆍ10H2O, H3BO3; 로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 고흡수 수지 비료의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 N,N'-메틸렌비스 아크릴아미드는 아크릴산의 중량을 기준으로 0.5∼2.0중량% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 고흡수 수지 비료의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합단계에서는 전분을 첨가하여 균일화한 다음 (NH4)2S2O8및 NaHSO3를 동시에 첨가하여 순차적으로 균일화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 고흡수 수지 비료의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전분은 아크릴산의 중량을 기준으로 1∼32중량% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 고흡수 수지 비료의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (NH4)2S2O8및 NaHSO3는 각각 상기 전분의 중량을 기준으로 0.1∼2중량%씩 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 고흡수 수지 비료의 제조방법
