Claims (11)
- 구조적으로 안정한 철-크롬-알루미늄 호일(foil)의 제조 방법에 있어서, 조성(중량%로)을 16 ∼ 25% Cr, 2 ∼ 6% Al, 0.1 ∼ 3% Si, 최대 0.5% Mn, 0.01 ∼ 0.3% Zr 및/또는 0.01 ∼ 0.1% 희토류 금속 및/또는 이트륨, 하프늄, 티탄, 최대 0.01% Mg, 최대 0.1% Ca, 잔부 철, 그리고 기타 공정상 수반하는 불순물로 하는 지지 스트립을 포함하고, 상기 지지 스트립은 일면 또는 양면에 알루미늄 또는 이의 합금으로 이루어진 피복물을 추가로 포함하며, 전체 피복물이(중량%로) 길이 방향 및/또는 폭 방향으로 0.5% 미만의 수축률을 얻기 위해, 압연 공정 또는 추후 제조 공정에 후속하는 균질화 어닐링 처리 동안에 600℃ ∼ 1200℃ 범위의 온도, 압력 < 10-1mbar의 진공 중에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조적으로 안정한 철-크롬-알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법.
- 구조적으로 안정한 철-크롬-알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법에 있어서, 조성(중량%로)을 16 ∼ 25% Cr, 2 ∼ 6% Al, 0.1 ∼ 3% Si, 최대 0.5% Mn, 0.01 ∼ 0.3% Zr 또는 0.01 ∼ 0.1% 희토류 금속 및/또는 이트륨, 하프늄, 티탄, 최대 0.01% Mg, 최대 0.1% Ca, 잔부 철, 그리고 기타 공정상 수반하는 불순물로 하는 지지 스트립을 포함하고, 상기 지지 스트립은 일면 또는 양면에 알루미늄 또는 이의 합금으로 이루어진 피복물을 추가로 포함하며, 전체 피복물이(중량%로) 길이 방향 및/또는 폭 방향으로 0.5% 미만의 수축률을 얻기 위해 압연 공정 또는 추후 제조 공정에 후속하는 균질화 어닐링 처리 동안에 600℃ ∼ 1200℃ 범위의 온도, -20℃ 이하의 이슬점을 가진 수소 또는 수소/질소 혼합물 분위기에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조적으로 안정한 철-크롬-알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 균질화 어닐링 처리는 압력 < 10-4mbar의 진공 중에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구조적으로 안정한 철-크롬-알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 균질화 어닐링 처리는 -40℃ 이하의 이슬점을 가진 수소 또는 수소/질소 혼합물 분위기에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구조적으로 안정한 철-크롬-알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복물은 고온 침지 알루미늄 피복법으로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구조적으로 안정한 철-크롬-알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복물은 압연 피복법으로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구조적으로 안정한 철-크롬-알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (중량%로) Si: < 0.5% , Ti: < 0.02%, Zr: < 0.1%, 이트륨과 하프늄의 합계: < 0.3%, 희토류: < 0.01%, Mg와 Ca의 합계: < 0.03%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 구조적으로 안정한 철-크롬-알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (중량%로) Si: < 0.5% , 이트륨: < 0.01%, 하프늄: < 0.01%, 희토류: < 0.05%, Mg와 Ca의 합계: < 0.03%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 구조적으로 안정한 철-크롬-알루미늄 호일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조되고, 촉매용 지지 재료로 사용되는 구조적으로 안정한 철-크롬-알루미늄 호일.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조되고, 저항 재료 또는 전열체로 사용되는 구조적으로 안정한 철-크롬-알루미늄 호일.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 배기 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조적으로 안정한 철-크롬-알루미늄 호일.
