Claims (22)
- (삭제).
- (2회정정) 교류전원을 직류전압으로 변환하는 정류회로, 평활회로 및 스위칭동작과 인덕턴스에 의한 에너지 축적효과를 이용해서 상기 직류전압을 제어하는 초퍼회로를 구비한 컨버터회로;상기 컨버터회로의 출력에 접속된 인버터회로를 구비하고 모터를 제어하는 모터구동장치;상기 초퍼회로의 스위칭동작을 제어하는 컨버터제어회로;상기 인버터회로의 스위칭동작을 제어하고 모터를 구동하는 인버터 제어회로;상기 모터의 회전자 위치를 검출하여 상기 모터의 속도값을 연산하는 속도검출회로;연산속도값과 속도명령값에 따라 상기 인버터 제어회로를 거쳐서 상기 모터의 속도제어를 실행하는 속도제어회로 및;상기 속도제어회로의 출력신호에 응답하여 상기 컨버터제어회로를 거쳐서 상기 직류전압을 제어하는 직류전압 제어회로를 포함하고,상기 직류전압 제어회로는 상기 속도제어회로의 출력이 소정값에 도달하면, 상기 직류전압을 증가시키는 신호를 상기 컨버터제어회로로 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터제어장치.

- (정정) 교류전원을 직류전압으로 변환하는 정류회로, 평활회로 및 스위칭동작과 인덕턴스에 의한 에너지 축적효과를 이용해서 상기 직류전압을 제어하는 초퍼회로를 구비한 컨버터회로;상기 컨버터회로의 출력에 접속된 인버터회로를 구비하고 모터를 제어하는 모터구동장치;상기 초퍼회로의 스위칭동작을 제어하는 컨버터제어회로;상기 인버터회로의 스위칭동작을 제어하고 모터를 구동하는 인버터 제어회로;상기 모터의 회전자 위치를 검출하여 상기 모터의 속도값을 연산하는 속도검출회로;연산속도값과 속도명령값에 따라 상기 인버터 제어회로를 거쳐서 상기 모터의 속도제어를 실행하는 속도제어회로;상기 속도제어회로의 출력신호에 응답하여 상기 컨버터제어회로를 거쳐서 상기 직류전압을 제어하는 직류전압 제어회로 및;상기 직류전압의 맥동성분을 검출하고 맥동성분에 따라서 상기 인버터 제어회로로의 입력신호를 변경하는 직류전압 맥동보정회로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터제어장치.
- (2회정정) 교류전원을 직류전압으로 변환하는 정류회로, 평활회로 및 스위칭동작과 인덕턴스에 의한 에너지 축적효과를 이용해서 상기 직류전압을 제어하는 초퍼회로를 구비한 컨버터회로;상기 컨버터회로의 출력에 접속된 인버터회로를 구비하고 모터를 제어하는 모터구동장치;상기 초퍼회로의 스위칭동작을 제어하는 컨버터제어회로;상기 인버터회로의 스위칭동작을 제어하고 모터를 구동하는 인버터 제어회로;상기 모터의 회전자 위치를 검출하여 상기 모터의 속도값을 연산하는 속도검출회로;연산속도값 및 속도명령값에 응답하여 속도편차가 0에 가까워지도록 통류율신호를 상기 인버터제어회로로 공급하는 속도제어회로 및;직류전압명령값을 발생하는 직류전압명령값 발생회로와 상기 컨버터회로의 출력에 따른 직류전압을 검출하는 직류전압 검출회로, 상기 통류율신호가 소정 범위내의 값으로 되도록 상기 직류전압명령값 또는 직류전압검출값을 선택하는 선택회로 및 상기 직류전압 명령값에서 상기 직류전압 검출값의 편차가 0에 가까워지도록 전류명령값을 생성하고 이 전류명령값을 상기 컨버터회로로 출력하는 회로를 구비하고, 상기 통류율신호를 받기 위해 접속되는 직류전압제어회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터제어장치.
- (정정) 제6항에 있어서,상기 속도제어회로는 또 상기 속도편차를 나타내는 신호를 출력하고, 상기 속도편차를 나타내는 신호를 상기 직류전압 제어회로에 입력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터제어장치.
- (정정) 제6항에 있어서,상기 직류전압 제어회로는 상기 통류율신호가 상기 소정 범위의 상한값 또는 하한값으로 되었을 때, 상기 직류전압을 증가 또는 감소시키는 전류명령값을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터제어장치.
- (정정) 제6항에 있어서,상기 직류전압의 맥동성분을 검출하고, 상기 맥동성분과는 역위상으로 되는 맥동신호를 상기 통류율신호에 곱해서 보정통류율신호를 생성하고, 상기 보정통류율신호를 상기 인버터제어회로에 입력하는 직류전압 맥동보정회로를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터제어장치.
- (정정) 교류전원을 직류전압으로 변환하는 정류회로 및 평활회로;스위칭동작과 인덕턴스에 의한 에너지 축적효과를 이용해서 상기 직류전압의 제어를 실행하고 전원역률의 개선을 실행하도록 제어하는 승압초퍼회로를 구비하는 역률개선회로;상기 역률개선회로의 출력에 접속된 인버터회로를 구비하고 모터를 제어하는 모터구동장치;상기 승압초퍼회로의 스위칭동작을 제어하는 초퍼제어회로;상기 인버터회로의 스위칭동작을 제어하고 모터를 구동하는 인버터제어회로 및;에어콘의 온도제어회로에서 보내져 오는 속도명령값에 따라서 상기 인버터제어회로를 사용해서 상기 모터의 속도제어를 실행하는 속도제어회로를 포함한 인버터 에어콘으로서,상기 인버터 에어콘은 상기 속도제어회로의 출력신호를 검출하고, 상기 출력신호가 소정의 상한값에 도달하면 직류전압을 상승시키고, 상기 출력신호가 소정의 하한값에 도달하면 직류전압을 강하시키는 직류전압제어회로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 에어콘.
- (정정) 제10항에 있어서,상기 속도제어회로의 출력신호는 통류율신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터에어콘.

- 제16항에 있어서,상기 전기장치는 인버터 에어콘인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기장치.
- (정정) 모터;상기 모터에 의해 구동되는 압축기 및;상기 모터의 부하의 상태에 따라서 상기 모터를 제어하는 제어장치를 포함하고,상기 제어장치는 상기 모터의 통류율이 소정의 상태로 되면, 상기 모터에 대한 제1 직류전압을 상기 모터에 대한 제2 직류전압으로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 전기장치는 인버터 에어콘인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 인버터회로는 항상 펄스폭 변조제어에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터제어장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 제어장치는 항상 펄스폭 변조 제어된 인버터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 제어장치는 항상 펄스폭 변조 제어된 인버터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기장치.
