Claims (17)
- 엠보싱 패턴 형성용 롤러를 사용하여 열가소성 수지 시이트에 엠보싱 패턴을 전사시키는 단계,거울면 부재를 갖는 광택 부여 수단을 사용하여 상기 열가소성 수지 시이트의 패턴전사 면의 이면에 광택을 부여하는 단계, 및상기 엠보싱 패턴 형성용 롤러로부터 열가소성 수지 시이트를 엠보싱 패턴전사 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 박리하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱 패턴전사 온도가 열가소성 수지 시이트의 비컷트 연화점(Vicat softening point) 이상의 온도이며, 상기 엠보싱 패턴 형성용 롤러로부터 열가소성 수지 시이트를 박리하는 온도가 패턴전사시 온도보다 10∼150℃ 낮은 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광택 부여 수단을 통한 열가소성 수지 시이트의 이면에 대한 광택 부여시의 면압(압력)이 0.01MPa이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 방법.
- 열가소성 수지 시이트에 엠보싱 패턴을 전사시키는 엠보싱 패턴 형성용 롤러, 상기 열가소성 수지 시이트의 패턴전사면의 이면에 광택을 부여하기 위한 거울면 부재를 갖는 광택 부여 수단, 및 상기 엠보싱 패턴 형성용 롤러로부터 박리되는 열가소성 수지 시이트를 패턴전사 온도보다 낮은 온도로 냉각시키기 위한 냉각 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱 패턴 형성용 롤러가 엠보싱 형성면을 갖는 롤러 본체, 및 상기 롤러 본체의 양측에 각각 부착된 밀봉 환을 구비하며, 상기 롤러 본체 및 밀봉 환이 냉각용 열매체를 한쪽 밀봉 환으로부터 롤러 본체를 통해서 다른쪽 밀봉 환으로 유동시키는 유로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 롤러 본체의 유로가 롤러 본체의 외주면의 근방을 따라 형성된 다수의 관통공인 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 환에 롤러 본체의 다수의 관통공중의 일부와 연통하는 홈부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 환에 냉각용 열매체의 유로와 함께 가열용 열매체의 유로가 형성되고, 상기 밀봉 환에 이들의 유로와 연통하는 홈부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 광택 부여 수단의 거울면 부재의 표면 조도가 3S 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 광택 부여 수단의 거울면 부재가 금속 벨트인 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 롤러 본체가 엠보싱 패턴 형성면을 갖는 외부 실린더, 상기 유로를 가지며 외부 실린더의 안쪽에 끼워진 중간 실린더, 및 상기 중간 실린더의 안쪽에 끼워진 내부 실린더를 구비하고, 상기 중간 실린더의 선팽창률이 외부 실린더의 선팽창률 보다 큰 값을 가지며, 동시에 상기 중간 실린더의 내주면이 내부 실린더의 외주면과 동일한 각도의 테이퍼 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱 패턴 형성용 롤러의 롤러 본체에 이 롤러 본체를 회전시키는 회전축이 연결되고, 상기 회전축이 밀봉 환을 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱 패턴 형성용 롤러의 근방에는 패턴전사전의 롤러의 일부를 가열하기 위한 가열수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱 패턴이 입방체 코너형인 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 패턴 가공 장치.
- 엠보싱 패턴 형성용 롤러를 사용하여 열가소성 수지 시이트에 엠보싱 패턴을 전사시키는 단계,거울면 부재를 갖는 광택 부여 수단을 사용하여 상기 열가소성수지 시이트의 패턴전사 면의 이면에 광택을 부여하는 단계, 및상기 엠보싱 패턴 형성용 롤러로부터 열가소성 수지 시이트를 패턴전사 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 박리시키는 단계를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 시이트.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱 패턴의 패턴전사 온도가 열가소성 수지 시이트의 비컷트 연화점 이상의 온도이고, 상기 엠보싱 패턴 형성용 롤러로부터 열가소성 수지 시이트의 박리 온도가 패턴전사 온도보다 10∼150℃ 낮은 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 시이트.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 광택 부여 수단을 통한 열가소성 수지 시이트의 이면에 대한 광택 부여시의 면압이 0.01MPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 시이트.
