Claims (10)
- 저농도의 CO2를 함유하는 유입 공급 스트림으로부터 CO2를 회수하기 위한 방법에 있어서,a) 유입 공급 스트림을 고압으로 압축하고, 이 압축된 스트림을 냉각시키는 단계,b) 압축된 공급 스트림을 증류 칼럼으로 적용하여 공급 스트림을, CO2를 함유하는 배기 가스 및 고순도의 바닥물 액체 CO2로 전환시키는 단계,c) 고순도의 바닥물 액체 CO2의 일부를 팽창시켜 냉각된 액체 CO2냉매 흐름을 형성시키는 단계,d) 냉각된 액체 CO2냉매에 대하여 열교환기를 통해 배기 가스로부터 적어도 CO2를 응축시키고, 이를 증류 칼럼 내로 재유입시키는 단계, 및e) 냉각된 액체 CO2냉매에 대하여 열교환기를 통해 고순도의 바닥물 액체 CO2를 과냉각시키는 단계를 포함하고,고순도 바닥물 액체 CO2의 나머지 부분이 액체 CO2생성 유출물을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 응축 단계(d)에 이어서 CO2냉매의 흐름이 단계(a 내지 d)를 거치게 하므로써 CO2냉매의 흐름을 재순환시키는 단계(e)를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 과냉각 단계(e)에 이어서 CO2냉매의 흐름이 단계(a 내지 e)를 거치게 함으로써 CO2냉매의 흐름을 재순환시키는 단계(f)를 추가로 포함함을특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유입 공급 스트림이 약 70% 내지 100% 범위 내의 CO2농도를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 압축된 흐름에 동반된 습기가 제거되어 흡착제 내에 축적되고,응축 단계(d)에 이어서, 나머지 배기 가스를 가열시키고, 가열된 배기 가스를 흡착제를 통과하게 하여 흡착제로부터 습기를 제거하는 단계(e)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(a) 내의 냉각 단계가 두 개의 냉각 단계를 포함하며, 냉각 단계 사이에서 압축된 스트림을 여과시켜 동반된 박테리아를 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고순도 바닥물 액체 CO2를 과냉각시키기 전에 독립적인 저장 시스템으로부터 취해지는 보충의 고순도 액체 CO2로 보충함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(d)의 직전에 암모니아 냉매에 대하여 열교환기를 통해 배기 가스로부터 적어도 CO2를 부분적으로 응축시키는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(e)의 직전에 암모니아 냉매에 대하여 열교환기를 통해 고순도 바닥물 액체 CO2를 부분적으로 과냉각시키는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
