Claims (1)
- 고정자코어와 상기 고정자코어에 감아서 삽입되고 인출도체를 갖는 다상의 고정자코일로 이루어지는 고정자,자극을 형성하는 회전자코어가 회전축에 고정된 회전자,상기 고정자를 보존하는 동시에 상기 회전자를 회전 자유롭게 지지하는 프론트 브래킷과 리어 브래킷, 및상기 리어 브래킷에 부착되고, 상기 고정자코일의 인출도체에 접합된 금속단자가 접속되는 정류기를 포함하며,상기 인출도체와 상기 금속단자의 접합은, 상기 인출도체의 단부를 상기 금속단자에 설치된 접합편이 양측에서 껴안는 상태에서 상기 인출도체의 단면적의 잔존량이 초기치의 70 ~ 80%가 되도록 코킹고정이 되고, 이 양측에서 껴안은 상기 접합편 사이가 아크용접으로 접합 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 교류발전기.
