Claims (5)
- DNA칩 기판에 부착시킬 DNA 스팟팅 용액에,혼성화후 검출(detection)에 사용되는 형광물질의 여기/방출 파장과는 상호 간섭(spectral interference)이 없는 특정 파장에서 여기/방출(excitation/emission)되는 형광물질을 부가한 다음,기판에 스팟팅함으로써 DNA칩을 제조하여,그 스팟으로부터 발생되는 형광 시그널을 포착하는 것을 포함하는 DNA칩의 품질관리방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스팟으로부터 발생되는 형광 시그널의 균일 정도로부터 DNA칩의 품질을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA칩의 품질관리방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 스팟으로부터 발생되는 형광 시그널의 균일 정도는 스팟의 직경, 모양 또는 형광의 강도로부터 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA칩의 품질관리방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항, 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 형광물질은 FITC, 플루오레세인, Cy3, Cy5,텍사스레드 또는 탐라(Tamra)인 것을 특징으로 하는 품질관리방법.
