Claims (12)
- 팬 장치로서,차량의 좌석에 앉아있는 차량 운전자 또는 다른 승객을 지지하는 차량 좌석의 형상 충진물과 커버 부분을 통해 내향되어 유도되는 공기를 배기시키도록 정렬되어 있으며 배기되는 차량 좌석내에 포함되어, 승객이 매우 더워서 땀을 흘리는 것을 방지하고, 또한 좌석의 바닥 또는 후방에 정렬된 팬(9, 10)을 포함하고 전기 모터(13)를 갖추고 있는 팬 장치에 있어서,상기 팬이 방사형 타입이고, 상기 모터(13)의 외부 구동 부품(14)으로부터 뻗어있는 팬 휠(17)을 갖추고 있고, 상기 모터(13)가 팬 유입부로 상향되어 축방향으로 뻗어있으며 팬 케이스의 상부 부품(26)과 함께 환형 유입부 개구(30)를 형성하고, 그리고 상기 팬(9, 10)이 상기 좌석의 지지 수단(39, 50, 59, 61)에 부착되어지는 케이스를 갖추도록 정렬되며, 상기 수단은 충진물(40; 60)의 하부면에 가깝게 위치되고 그리고 상기 환형 유입부 개구(30)로 공기를 안내하는 통로 수단(43, 65; 53, 63)을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 휠 블레이드(22; 37)의 폭 및 상기 팬(9, 10)의 구조적 높이가 그것의 외측면 지름과 비교하여 작으며 그리고 상기 팬 케이스의 바닥 부품(16)이 컵 형태이어서 상기 팬이 원반형 프로파일을 갖는 외주(36)를 향해 좁혀지도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 모터 부품(14)의 상향된 단부 평면(58)이 상기 지지 수단(39; 50; 59, 61)과 거의 같은 높이로 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반경 방향의 외부 부품(35)에 있는 상기 블레이드(22; 37)가 극단적으로 후향되어 만곡되어서 반경방향의 내부 블레이드 부품(34)이 상기 구동 모터 부품(14)과 관련하여 각을 이루어 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자유 내부 단부 부품(31)내의 상기 블레이드(22)가 바닥으로부터 상방으로 상기 유입 개구(30)로 뻗어있으며, 상기 팬의 회전 축선(25)과 관련하여 전향된 경사각을 이루어서, 상기 좌석으로부터 나오고 상기 유입 개구(30)를 통해 유도되는 공기가 프로펠러를 사용하여 상기 단부 부품(31)에 의해 축방향으로 하향되어 1차적으로 구동되고, 상기 공기가 상기 단부 부품이 뻗어있는 상기 블레이드 부품(34)에 의해 반경 방향으로 외향되어 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 케이스 부품(26)의 외주에는 반경 방향으로 튀어나오는 돌출부(27)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 돌출부(27)는 돌기(28)와 함께, 상기바닥 케이스 부품(16)으로부터 튀어나와 있고 그리고 상기 돌출부를 지지하도록 상향으로 및 하향으로 만곡되어, 탄성 엘리먼트(71)와 함께 상기 지지 수단(39; 50; 59, 61)에서 상기 팬(9, 10)을 매다는데 사용되는 부착물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상향으로 만곡되어 있는 상기 돌기(28)가 위치되는 위치로부터 떨어져서, 팬 휠(17)로 부터의 공기가 모든 방향에서 반경 방향으로 자유롭게 유동될수 있도록 상기 팬(9, 10)이 거의 무제한적으로 송풍하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 모터(13) 위의 팬의 유입부(43)에, 상향 만곡 보호 수단(42; 49)이 제공되며, 상기 수단(42; 49)이 상기 팬의 회전 축선(25)을 가로질러 뻗어있으며 그리고 상기 팬(9, 10)이 상기 좌석 쿠션(4)을 통해 위로부터 덜커덩 거릴 때 손상되지 않도록 상기 모터에 대해 일정 거리를 갖도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 수단(42; 49)이 상기 환형 유입 개구(30) 바로 위에 상기 유입부의 반경방향의 외부 부품내에 위치된 통로 개구(65)를 구비한 평판으로 구성되어, 상기 내부 부품내의 평판이 상기 모터의 상부 측면(58)을 덮는 전체 평판(69)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 수단(42)이 상기 지지수단(39)과 함께 하나의 부품으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 케이스 부품(26)과 상기 지지 수단(39) 사이에 상기 유입부 둘레에서 이어지고, 상기 팬(9)을 설치할 때 약간 압축되도록 정렬된 탄성 밀봉 링(46)이 제공되어, 공기가 상기 유입부내로 반경 방향으로 누출되는 것을 방지하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 부착물(27, 28)이 상기 돌출부(27)와 상기 지지 엘리먼트(39)사이에 정렬된 간격 엘리먼트(47)와 조합되어, 상기 탄성 밀봉 링(46)이 상기 간격 엘리먼트에 의해 결정될 정도로 압축되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 장치.
