Claims (2)
- 제트엔진의 노즐부(20) 내부에서 원형벽을 형성하도록 세그먼트 형식으로 배열된 다수의 플랩(30, 31)들과, 상기 플랩(30, 31)들을 각각 움직여서 상기 노즐부(20)의 내부 원형 단면적을 가변시키도록 링크절과 액추에이터로 결합된 가변배기노즐의 플랩 조립체에 있어서,상기 플랩(30, 31)들은 장착홈(32)을 양측의 모서리에 길이방향으로 연장하여 형성하고, 상기 장착홈(32)에 각각 압접 또는 본딩으로 결합되어 상기 플랩(30, 31)들의 사이를 밀폐하며, 자체 탄성에 의해 부채꼴 형상으로 굽혀지거나 펴지는 판상 형태의 신장부재(40)가 구비되되,상기 신장부재(40)는 유기 고분자의 분산상(disperse phase)의 크기를 나노미터(nm) 수준 또는 분자 레벨에서 제어해서 만든 폴리머에 텅스텐, 이산화 지르코늄, 실리카, 케블라, 카본 화이버, 카본 블랙 등을 합성하여 만든 유기-무기 복합체로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변배기노즐의 플랩 조립체.
