Claims (5)
- 휀더 에이프런 인너패널(10)에 어퍼패널(30)과 로워패널(20)이 용접되어 박스형상으로 형성되고, 강성보강용의 커버(40)가 상기 어퍼패널(30)의 하면에 구비되어 이루어진 쇽업소버하우징에 쇽업소버(50)의 상단과 어퍼암(90)의 차체측 두 단부(91,92)가 장착되는 자동차의 프론트 쇽업소버와 어퍼암 장착구조에 있어서, 상기 커버(40)의 후단이 연장되어 상기 휀더 에이프런 인너패널(10)의 측면에 용접되고, 이 커버(40)를 사이에 두고 상기 어퍼패널(30)에 쇽업소버(50)의 상단이 장착되며, 상기 로워패널(20)의 전면 양측 모서리부에 마운팅브라켓(101,102)이 용접되고, 이 마운팅브라켓(101,102)들에 상기 어퍼암(90)의 두 단부(91,92)가 볼트(81,82)와 너트를 매개로 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 프론트 쇽업소버와 어퍼암 장착구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 커버(40)의 연장부 중간에 비드(41)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 프론트 쇽업소버와 어퍼암 장착구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마운팅브라켓(101,102)의 상부가 연장·절곡되어 커버(40)의 하면에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 프론트 쇽업소버와 어퍼암 장착구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 볼트(81,82)의 단부에 체결되는 너트는 쇽업소버하우징의 외측에 위치되며, 로워패널(20)에는 너트의 체결위치가 내측으로 이동될 수 있도록 볼트공(103)의 주변부가 오목하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 프론트 쇽업소버와 어퍼암 장착구조.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 볼트공(103) 주변의 오목한 부분은 볼트공(103)의 하측부 전체에 걸쳐 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 프론트 쇽업소버와 어퍼암 장착구조.
