Claims (8)
- 포도상구균 균종의 항생제 내성을 검출하는데 있어서,mecA, aac(6´)-Ⅰe+aph(2˝), aph(3´)-Ⅲa및ant(4´)-Ⅰa의 4종 유전자를 증폭하는 서열번호 1∼8의 염기서열을 갖는 프라이머를 동시에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티플렉스 PCR기법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포도상구균 균종은 황색 포도상구균, 메티실린 내성 황색 포도상구균, 코아귤라제 음성 포도상구균 또는 메티실린 내성 코아귤라제 음성 포도상구균임을 특징으로 하는 멀티플렉스 PCR 기법.
- 제 1항에 기재된 멀티플렉스 PCR 기법에 사용되는 메티실린 내성 유전자mecA를 검출하기 위한 서열 번호 1 내지 2의 PCR용 프라이머.
- 제 1항에 기재된 멀티플렉스 PCR 기법에 사용되는 아미노글리코시드계 항생제 내성 유전자aac(6´)-Ⅰe+aph(2˝)를 검출하기 위한 서열 번호 3 내지 4의 PCR용 프라이머.
- 제 1항에 기재된 멀티플렉스 PCR 기법에 사용되는 아미노글리코시드계 항생제 내성 유전자aph(3´)-Ⅲa를 검출하기 위한 서열 번호 5 내지 6의 PCR용 프라이머.
- 제 1항에 기재된 멀티플렉스 PCR 기법에 사용되는 아미노글리코시드계 항생제 내성 유전자ant(4´)-Ⅰa를 검출하기 위한 서열 번호 7 내지 8의 PCR용 프라이머.
- 서열번호 1 내지 8의 프라이머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포도상구균 균종의 항생제 내성을 검출하기 위한 키트.
