Claims (6)
- 회전식 성형에 사용하기 적합하고,(a) 둘 이상의 폴리(모노비닐방향족) 블록과 하나 이상의 폴리(공액 디엔)블록을 함유하는 주 블록 공중합체, 또는 동일한 단량체들의 종결된 디블록 공중합체 소량과 혼합된 둘 이상의 폴리(모노비닐방향족) 블록과 하나 이상의 폴리(공액디엔) 블록을 함유하는 주 블록 공중합체 100 중량부, 상기 주 블록 공중합체는 상기 단량체로부터 커플링에 의해 유도되며, 폴리(공액 디엔) 블록은 선택적으로 수소 첨가되거나 수소 첨가되지 않는다;(b) 5 내지 75 범위의 용융지수 (ASTM 1238) 및 0.91내지 0.95 g/cm3범위의 밀도를 갖는, 폴리(스티렌), 폴리(a-메틸스티렌), 또는 스티렌 및 a-메틸스티렌의 공중합체, 또는 탄성중합체로 강화된 폴리(스티렌), 폴리(a-메틸스티렌), 또는 스티렌 및 a-메틸스티렌의 공중합체, 또는 폴리(에틸렌) 또는 폴리(프로필렌), 또는 다른 a-올레핀 공단량체와 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌의 공중합체 5 - 160 중량 부; 및(c) 가소제 20 - 100 중량부로 필수적으로 구성되는 블록 공중합체-함유 조성물로서,상기 블록 공중합체-함유 조성물은 낮은 전단율(low shear rate)(≤0.2sec-1)에서 190℃에서 2000 Pa.s 미만의 용융 점도를 보이는 블록 공중합체-함유 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체가 스티렌 및 부타디엔, 스티렌 및 이소프렌, 또는 스티렌 및 부타디엔 및 이소프렌으로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체-함유 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리(공액 디엔) 블록은 잔류불포화가 5% 미만이 되도록 수소첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체-함유 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리(모노비닐 방향족) 블록이 5,000 내지 20,000 범위의 겉보기 분자량을 갖고, 폴리(공액 디엔) 블록이 30,000 내지 100,000 범위의 겉보기 분자량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체-함유 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 200㎛ - 1100㎛ 범위의 평균 크기를 갖는 입자 형태인 블록 공중합체-함유 조성물.
