Claims (6)
- 구동모터(20)와 연결된 구동체인(22)의 각 체인편체(16)의 끼움축(30)과 연결되도록 양측 끝단 내측에 부싱(bushing)(32)이 설치되며 일정 길이를 갖는 봉상의 이송바(18)가 등간격으로 반복 설치되어 된 이송부(2)와 ; 단면이 " T "형상이며 소정 길이를 갖는 판체(38)에서 하부 중간대(42)의 양측에 소정의 이송바 끼움홈(36)이 길이방향으로 형성되고, 상기 중간대(42)의 하단에는 소정의 축봉(44)과 캠베어링(26)이 설치되어 된 것으로 상기 이송바(18)에서 두 개의 이송바(18) 사이에 한 개씩 끼워져 설치되는 슈(shoe)(8)와; 이송부(2)의 전단 중앙부로부터 일측으로 정해진 각도로 절곡되어 이송부(2)의 후단의 측면벨트콘베이어(52)쪽으로 형성된 편상의 상부가이드부(4)와; 일측에 축봉(34)이 설치되어 정해진 각도로 회동되도록 한 소정의 편체로 상기 상부가이드부(4)의 선단에 설치되는 가이드핀(24)과; 상기 상부가이드부(4)와 동일 형상으로 형성되되 상기 상부가이드부(4)의 하부에 일정간격으로 이격되어 설치되는 하부가이드부(6)와; 상기 이송부(2)의 후단에 설치되는 직진벨트콘베이어(50)와 일측으로 휘어져 화물의 방향전환을 유도하는 측면벨트콘베이어(52)와; 상기 이송부(2)의 전단 및 후단에 연계되는 다른 자동분류시스템(1)과 벨트콘베이어(50)(52)와의 사이에 형성되는 간격, 즉 데드존(dead zone)을 커버하기위해 설치되는 봉상의 프리롤러부(14)를; 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동분류시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 구동모터(20)와 연결된 구동체인(22)의 각 체인편체(16)의 끼움축(30)과 연결되는 부싱(bushing)(32)이 양측 끝단 내측에 설치되며 일정 길이를 갖는 봉상의 이송바(18)가 등간격으로 반복 설치 된 이송부(2)를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동분류시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단면이 " T "형상으로, 소정 길이를 갖는 판체(38)와 그 하부측 중앙부에 설치된 중간대(42)와, 상기 중간대(42)와 판체(38)의 연결부위 양측에는 내주연에 부싱(32)이 설치된 이송바 끼움홈(36)이 길이방향으로 형성되고, 상기 중간대(42)의 하단에 형성된 소정의 축봉(44)에 캠베어링(26)이 설치되어 된 슈(shoe)(8)가 상기 이송바(18)에서 한 쌍의 이송바(18) 사이에 한 개씩 끼워져 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 자동분류시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 이송부(2)의 전단 중앙부로부터 이송부(2)의 후단의 측면벨트콘베이어(52)쪽으로 정해진 각도로 절곡된 가이드판(54)과, 상부가이드부(4)가 수동조작으로 상하로 승하강되도록 상기 가이드판(54)의 양끝단과 중간부에 설치되는 고정부재(56)가 형성되어 된 상부가이드부(4)가 포함되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동분류시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상부가이드부(4)의 하부로부터 일정간격으로 이격되어 설치되는 가이드판(54)으로 되는 상기 하부가이드부(6)가 포함되어 이루어짐을특징으로 하는 자동분류시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 일측에 축봉(44)이 설치되어 정해진 각도로 회동되도록 하며 상기 상부가이드부(4)의 선단 소정의 위치에 설치되는 편체로 된 가이드핀(24)이 포함되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동분류시스템.
