Claims (4)
- 배출가스 저감에 있어서, 동작중인 차량에서 촉매가열 기능 정상 작동여부를 판단하는 단계와;점화진각, 엔진 회전수, 아이들 공기량 등을 측정하여 설정된 기준치 초과 여부를 판단하는 단계와;상기 설정 기준치 초과시 촉매가열 기능 고장으로 판단, 소정의 고장 표시 신호를 출력하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 배출가스 저감 장치의 고장 진단 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 촉매가열 기능은 배출가스 저감 시험시간 중 냉간 시동 직후 수온과 흡기온이 상온 영역에서만 작동되는 것을 포함하는 차량 배출가스 저감 장치의 고장 진단 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상온 영역은 20 ~ 30℃ 사이의 영역인 것을 더 포함하는 차량 배출가스 저감 장치의 고장 진단 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 점화진각, 엔진 회전수, 아이들 공기량 등의 측정은 소정의 설정 시간마다 검출하여 누적하여 평균값을 각각 산출한 후, 기준 값과 비교하여 촉매 가열 기능 고장을 판단하는 것을 더 포함하는 차량 배출가스 저감 장치의고장 진단 방법.
