Claims (6)
- 비닐 방향족 화합물을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록 하나 이상과 공액 디엔을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록 하나 이상을 가지며 비닐 방향족 화합물과 공액 디엔의 중량비 범위가 5/95 내지 95/5인 블록 공중합체의 공액 디엔을 기준으로하여 불포화 결합의 50% 이상을 수소 첨가하여 수득한 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체로 이루어지고, 벌크 밀도가 0.18g/cc 이상이고 미공의 전체 용적이 0.4cc/g 이상인 동시에 미공 직경 범위가 0.14 내지 3.9㎛인 미공 용적의 총 합이 미공의 전체 용적의 8% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 다공질 크럼(microporous crumb).
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.2 내지 5mm의 입자 직경 범위에 속하는 입자를 전체 입자에 대해 90중량% 이상의 비율로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 다공질 크럼.
- 비닐 방향족 화합물을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록 하나 이상과 공액 디엔을 주체로 하는 중합체 블록 하나 이상을 가지며 비닐 방향족 화합물과 공액 디엔의 중량비 범위가 5/95 내지 95/5인 블록 공중합체의 공액 디엔을 기준으로하여 불포화 결합의 50% 이상을 수소 첨가하여 수득한 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체의 농도 범위가 5 내지 60중량%인 탄화수소 용매 용액을 40 내지 150℃로 가열한 상태에서 열수에 공급하고, 탄화수소 용매의 비점, 또는 탄화수소 용매와 물이 공비하는 경우, 공비 온도 내지 150℃의 온도에서 스팀 스트립핑(steam stripping)함을 특징으로 하여,수소 첨가 블록 공중합체로 이루어진 다공질 크럼을 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 탄화수소 용매 용액 중의 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체의 농도 범위가 10 내지 50중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 90 내지 140℃의 온도 범위에서 스팀 스트립핑을 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 95 내지 120℃의 온도 범위에서 스팀 스트립핑을 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
