- 하기의 단계를 포함하는 정수처리용 이온교환수지의 세정방법:(A) 30∼100 mesh의 스크린을 이용하여 유입된 정상 형태 및 크기의 이온교환수지는 지지하되 파쇄수지와 세척폐수만을 선택적으로 통과시키는 스크린 선별 단계;(B) 이온교환수지가 지지되는 상기한 스크린의 상방으로부터 세척수를 20∼150bar의 압력으로 분사하여 세정하는 고압수 분사 세정 단계; 및(C) 상기한 고압수 분사 세정 단계에서 이온교환수지의 세척 효과를 증대시킴과 아울러, 이온교환수지로부터 탈락된 불순물 및 파쇄수지를 용이하게 제거할 수 있도록 상기한 스크린 선별수단을 진동시키는 스크린 진동 단계.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 스크린 선별 단계(A)에 앞서, 원추형 분배장치를 통하여 이온교환수지를 균일하게 분포 유입시키는 이온교환수지 분배단계(D)를 더욱 수행하는 이온교환수지의 세정방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 고압수 분사 세정 단계(B)에 있어서 고압 세척수가 여과기 및 고압펌프를 경유하여 공급되는 세척수 공급 단계(E)를 더욱 포함하는 이온교환수지의 세정방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 세척된 수지를 일시 저장하고 원래의 사용처로 회송시키기 위하여 수지이송용 펌프 및 이젝터를 이용하는 수지이송단계(F)를 더욱 수행하는 이온교환수지의 세정방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 이온교환수지 세척 후 세정폐액 저장조에 불순물을 함유하는 폐수를 저장하고 여과하는 여과단계(G)를 더욱 수행함과 아울러, 여과전후 일정한 차압에 의해 여과막의 자동역세를 수행하는 역세단계(H)를 더욱 수행하는 이온교환수지의 세정방법.
