Claims (16)
- 하기 화학식 1 의 화합물을 함유하는 알파-올레핀의 (공)중합용 촉매 성분 :[화학식 1](식 중에서, "X" 는 할로겐이고; "n" 은 3, 5, 6, 또는 10 의 정수이며 ; R 및 R' 는 H 또는 탄소수 1 내지 5 의 알킬 라디칼이고, "M" 는 지르코늄이며 ;단, 화학식 1 에 있어서, 3, 5, 6 또는 10 개의 R 중 H 가 아닌 R 의 수는 2 이하이고 ; 2 개의 R' 중 하나 이상이 H 이다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 할로겐이 염소인 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R' 이 H 및 C1- C3알킬 라디칼로부터 선택되는 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R 이 H 이고, R' 이 H 및 C1- C3알킬 라디칼로부터 선택되는 촉매 성분.
- 제 1 항에 따른 비스-(4,5,6,7,8-펜타히드로-아줄레닐)지르코늄 디클로리드.
- 제 1 항에 따른 비스-(4,5,6,7,8,9-헥사히드로-시클로펜타시클로옥테닐)지르코늄 디클로리드.
- 제 1 항에 따른 비스-(4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13-데카히드로-시클로펜타시클로도데세닐)지르코늄 디클로리드.
- 제 1 항에 따른 비스-(1-메틸-4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13-데카히드로-시클로펜타시클로도데세닐)지르코늄 디클로리드.
- 하기 화학식 1 을 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 촉매계의 존재 하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 C2- C20알파-올레핀의 동종중합 및 공중합 방법 :화학식 1(식 중에서, "X" 는 할로겐이며; "n" 은 3, 5, 6 또는 10 의 정수이며 ; R 및 R' 는 H 또는 탄소수 1 내지 5 의 알킬 라디칼이고, "M" 는 지르코늄이며 ;단, 화학식 1 에 있어서, 3, 5, 6 또는 10 개의 R 중 H 가 아닌 R 의 수는 2 이하이고; 2 개의 R' 중 하나 이상이 H 이다).
- 제 9 항에 있어서, R 이 H 이고, R' 이 H 및 C1- C3알킬 라디칼로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 중합 방법.
- 1) α-올레핀 및 임의의 디엔을 액화 형태의 α-올레핀을 사용할 수 있는 압력에서 중합 반응기에 도입하는 단계 ;2) 액상의 에틸렌/α-올레핀의 목적 비를 유지하도록 에틸렌을 0.5 내지50 바의 에틸렌 분압으로 단계 (1) 에서 수득된 혼합물에 첨가하는 단계 ;3) 알킬화 화합물 6 의 존재 또는 부재 하에서, 하나 이상의 메탈로센, 그리고 알룸옥산 및 화학식 3 인 (Ra)xNH4-xB(Rd)4를 갖는, 또는 화학식 4 인 (Ra)3PHB(Rd)4를 갖는, 또는 화학식 5 인 B(Rd)3를 갖는 화합물로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 조촉매를 함유하는 촉매계를 첨가하는 단계 ;4) 단계 (3)에서 수득되는 혼합물을 25 초과의 무니 (Mooney) 점도(100 ℃에서 ML1+4)를 갖는 EP(D)M을 수득하도록 에틸렌-알파-올레핀 및 임의의 디엔 계의 중합을 10 분 내지 10 시간동안 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는, 프로필렌 함량이 15 내지 75 중량 % 인 엘라스토머 에틸렌 α-올레핀 공중합체 또는 엘라스토머 에틸렌/α-올레핀/디엔 삼중합체의 제조 방법에 있어서, 촉매계가 하기 화학식 1 의 화합물들 중에 선택된 메탈로센을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법:화학식 1(식 중에서, "X" 는 할로겐이며; "n" 은 3, 5, 6 또는 10 의 정수이고; R 및 R' 는 H 또는 탄소수 1 내지 5 의 알킬 라디칼이며, "M" 는 지르코늄이며;단, 화학식 1 에 있어서, 3, 5, 6 또는 10 개의 R 중 H 가 아닌 R 의 수는 2 이하이고; 2 개의 R' 중 하나 이상이 H 이다).
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-프로필렌 (EP) 또는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 (EPDM) 공중합체가 프로필렌의 함량이 25 내지 70 중량 % 로 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 프로필렌 함량이 40 내지 60 중량 % 인 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 디엔 함량이 15 중량 % 미만인 엘라스토머 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 (EPDM) 삼중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 디엔 함량이 2 내지 10 % 인 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 화학식 2 에 관해 R=H 이고, R' 이 H 및 C1- C3알킬 라디칼로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
