Claims (3)
- 세라믹으로 사용되는 무기질 분말 100중량부에 대하여 증류수 20 내지 35중량부 및 점도조절제 3 내지 8중량부 첨가하여 혼합물을 생성하는 단계(S10);상기 혼합물을 볼밀로 분쇄하여 원료입자의 평균입도가 5㎛ 이하이고 점도가 80 내지 2000cp인 슬러리를 제조하는 단계(S20);상기 슬러리를 교반기에 넣고 여기에 기포제로 소수기의 탄소수가 10 내지 17인 음이온 계면활성제 및 양이온 계면활성제를 0.15 내지 1.50중량부를 첨가하고 교반속도를 1200rpm 이상의 고속으로 교반을 하며 슬러리 거품의 형성된 부피가 교반하기 전의 부피와 비교하여 약 4배의 슬러리 거품이 생성되는 시점에서 교반을 중단하여 슬러리의 거품을 형성시키는 단계(S30);거품이 형성된 슬러리에 겔화제를 1 내지 3중량부 첨가하여 다시 저속으로 교반 혼합하는 단계(S40);겔화된 슬러리를 여과재 형태로 성형건조하는 성형건조단계(S50);성형건조된 것의 한쪽 면만을 상기 S20단계에서 제조된 슬러리에 침적 인상하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계(S60); 및코팅층이 형성된 것을 로(爐)내에 장입시켜 1 내지 3℃/min의 속도로 1100 내지 1600℃까지 승온시켜 소성시키는 단계(S70)로서 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 집진용 다공성 세라믹 여과재의 제조방법.
