Claims (3)
- 세라믹으로 사용되는 무기질 분말 100중량부에 대하여 증류수 20 내지 35중량부 및 점도조절제 3 내지 8중량부 첨가하여 혼합물을 생성하는 단계(S10);상기 혼합물을 볼밀로 분쇄하여 원료입자의 평균입도가 5㎛ 이하이고 점도가 80 내지 2000cp인 슬러리를 제조하는 단계(S20);상기 슬러리를 교반기에 넣고 기포제 0.15 내지 1.50중량부를 첨가하고 고속으로 교반하여 슬러리의 거품을 형성시키는 단계(S30);거품이 형성된 슬러리에 겔화제를 1 내지 3중량부 첨가하여 다시 저속으로 교반 혼합하는 단계(S40);교반 혼합된 슬러리를 비중이 0.7 내지 0.8인 비휘발성 파라핀(paraffin) 또는 실리콘오일(silicon oil) 등의 분산매에 주입한 후 저속으로 교반하면서 펠렛을 겔화시키는 분산매 주입단계(S50); 및겔화된 펠렛을 건조시키고 1 내지 3℃/min의 속도로 1100 내지 1600℃까지 승온시켜 소성하는 소성단계(S60)로서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 에멀전법을 이용한 다공성 세라믹 펠렛의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 S50단계에서 교반속도는 50∼200rpm이고 교반시간은 30분 내지 60분인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 에멀전법을 이용한 다공성 세라믹 펠렛의 제조방법.
