Claims (5)
- 승강용 엘리베이터의 안전장치에 있어서,상기 엘리베이터 하부판의 부라켓(28)에 설치되어, 기계실의 컨트롤박스의 제어에 의해 작동되는 솔레노이드(21)와,상기 솔레노이드(21)의 작동에 따라 움직이는 한쌍의 코어(20,20')와,상기 브라켓(28)에 설치된 힌지(19,19')를 중심으로 상기 코어(20,20')의 움직임에 따라 회전가능한 레버(18,18')와상기 레버(18,18')의 선단에 설치되어 승강로을 따라 설치된 가이드레일(22)을 잡아주는 브레이트슈우(24,24')와,상기 브레이크슈우(24,24')를 밀어주는 4개의 스프링(23,23')과 엘리베이터의 각종 상태를 감지하는 센서(11,32,33)로 구성되며, 상기 센서의 신호를 받은 컨트롤박스의 제어신호에 따라 상기 솔레노이드의 전류를 차단, 공급함으로써 상기 브레이크슈우가 상기 가이드레일을 잡아 제동력을 가지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는승강용 엘리베이터의 안전장치
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 센서는 층판별센서(32)로서 통상의 운전상태에서 원하는 층의 위치에 정지하였을 경우 센서의 신호를 출력하여 엘리베이터의 정지를 확실하게 확보하는 것을 특징으로 하는 승강용 엘리베이터의 안전장치
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 센서는 엘리베이터를 당겨주는 로프의 절단을 감지하는 센서(33)로서 로프의 절단을 감지하여 신호를 출력하면 상기의 안전장치를 작동하여 엘리베이터의 자유낙하를 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 승강용 엘리베이터의 안전장치
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 센서는 엘리베이터의 속도를 감지하여 과속여부를 감지하는 속도센서 인 것을 특징으로 하는 승강용 엘리베이터의 안전장치 .
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 센서는 엘리베이터의 승강로 최 상단부 및 하단부에 설치하여 엘리베이터의 상승,하강위치를 감지하는 리미트센서(11) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 승강용 엘리베이터의 안전장치
